Look into inverted floor trimming in Brazil houses. This is something that I love so much and give a really fine finish.. you girls are going to love it in your clients house and so are them.

Excellent design taste except for the alcohol bars etc…I am a fit and happy teetotaler- property investor, but bars and cellars mean zero to me. Would like to see more home gym-spas designs (saunas-steam showers etc…) Also allergic to pets….😁
