Not familiar with the location, but since it's in QC, I think it's pretty good! The exterior is a masterpiece! The maid's room is impeccably small, so I might extend it. Other than that, it's pretty good. Paranaque-style price

I've seen or watched several open house tours, and it sadden me, among all spacious part of the house, the one thing that. Saddens me, on why the maid's quarter or staff quarter as they call it sometimes, is so small ? Why is that? I thought some say house worker, staff, maid, or whatever the term is a part of the family??

Jimmy Dishkawnt the biggest maid’s quarter that I’ve seen from Presello is the one with 2 basements that also has a ballroom. The quarter is bigger than condo units.

I think the reason why it is mejo pricey for its interior, is because of the location. The land value, mejo mura na if ccompare sa ibang bahay na na-feature dito and yung lot and floor area is mejo malaki unlike sa ibang nafeature na within metro manila specifically, QC. Pero ayon nga mejo hindi nagccompliment yung interior nung bahay

Nice looking house. I like having a bedroom next to the kitchen for an elderly family member that may have a hard time going up and down the stairs. Or if anything, give that room to the maid or staff. They deserve better than what looks like a utility closet that is called the maid's quarters. What I don't like is being next to a gas station but also the constantly barking dogs you can hear even inside the house. That would stress me out more than feeling relaxed in my home that's supposed to be a respite from the world.

Finally, someone featured a tree in a property, im always disappointed why other's don't. A tree is very nice feature of a house. I mean, it takes years to grow a mango tree. You are wrong with the toilet, there was actually a study that it's healthier to squat when you poop. It featured in Dr. Oz tv show and it also featured in Shark Tank. The company who owns it make millions of money, coz it works! Just an fyi 😀

Houses that are being featured here are all gorgeous🤩🤩🤩 I just don’t like the fact, that when it comes to the “staff rooms/quarters” they barely have space to sleep😑😐 I hope ALL the homeowners should consider of having a bigger space for them, just like the sizes of their own rooms. Correct me if Im wrong but I thought I already saw this house posted previously but the choice of color pallete were different and wasn’t this but another tone. No furnishings yet then and those ultra high gloss wood lacquer finish wasn’t there yet. Was there another make-over? Likewise why only ordinary height 2.10 MM high doors and no built-in wardrobes? The living was quite small and cramped could have been made bigger. This house could have been more spectacular with an inclusive lap cum reflection Pool if only they opted to add Another 500 MM to the rightside setback. The paint color choice though made it pretty attractIve snd warm. At P29M this could have been more persuadive with those inputs.
