I’ve watched a lot of Korean house tours and I should say that the design is really similar to what they have there. From bespoke refrigerator to ceiling mounted A/Cs to those open clothes rack. Definitely Korean! I’m glad that these types of designs/houses are available in the Philippines!

As a Korean, we love design that brings forward the local characteristics - I hope more of filipino themed design would be seen in those homes. I think there are so many aspect of Filipino culture that can be incorporated not only in architectural senses but also in fashions

Mix of European/Mediterranean influence with South East Asian craftmanship and simplicity. I really believe that in next 5 years, there will be Filipino modern architectures not only in the region, but also internationally.

This is exactly the kind of house I've been dreaming of. Minimalist, yet very impactful. Quality and very clean din talaga ng pagkakagawa. Yung ayaw ko lang talaga sa house na ito, and this is just me being picky, is yung wardrobe nila. I prefer a close wardrobe with lights and glass para mas magmukhang luxe and clean, mas prefer ko rin sya since ayokong open yung lagayan ng clothes/shoes ko. Anywaysss kung may pera lang sana, I'd build a house as good as this one. Well, one can always dream hahaha.

This home makes sense for me. Has ducted/ceiling aircon instead of that “gargoyle” unit that sticks out of the walls in other homes. Very clean and bright. Only things missing for me is a smart (Japanese) bidet, pool and solar power. But I’m just being fussy at this point with the pool. Awesome home

I asked my engineer aunt and foreman father why people opt to use split-type air conditioners rather than a centralized one is when it breaks down. Your whole house won't be cold rather than a single split-type in a room breaks which leads to that only room not getting cold. Tapos mas mahal din po daw yung centralized sabi nila HAHA.

That is so nice. I like that concept living your shoes or sleepers just right outside the front door or indoors with separate another door. Just like the old times to avoid dirty organisms to actually enters the main home.

Also the first bathroom...where u have that bathtub and there's the thing...the ground u have the white little 'Korean' stone and also the tiles...so those two things down there, with the shape or position of the bathtub, kinna not going too, not nice maybe not so comfortable down there. But again...THE HOUSE IT'S GORGEOUS.

Wow one the best house I ever seen so gorgeous. I personally love the bedroom with the attached office/studio on the first floor next to the entrance. It was the best room I think of the whole house. I love the design it didn't even matter that it was I. A cold the sack section of the street the house is crazy gorgeous well designed 👌, I even love the car garage and the gate was just perfect. I love hoe the designer payed attention to Detail especially the tired windows to give the future owners some privacy awesome idea!!!!! I might have to copy that one for my apartment that live now in 🇺🇸!!!! Totally love this house!!!

This house is a WOW...... Maganda ang design, napaka luwag, napaka liwanag na para ka ng nasa langit. Bedrooms are so spacious and beautiful (except sa BR #2 na pwede na rin gawing guest bedroom). This house for me is perfect. Yun nga lang, nasa alabang which is mahal talaga ang lupa. Sana more house tour like this na napakalinis ng designs on other areas..... Thank you for this tour. The home is lovely. I wish that the"Presello Fam Highlights" weren't pop-ups, but inserted as a full 5-10 second intermission instead. It's great that you want to shout out audience members. However, the current placement detracts from the comment and the tour itself as we can't pay good attention to both at the same time. It also obstructs a fuller view of the home.

I live in California, USA and there are many nice houses here, but I envy the convenience of Korean architecture system. In particular, all spaces, including shower booths, look easy to clean and manage. I like the overall minimal design. However, it is regrettable that there is no explanation for what is around.

That's a nice-looking contemporary home especially with boneharing driveway entrance and foyer very well lit. Like the chic sink basins and embedded AC units, nice detail. Someone has real FU money ($250K US), to afford that Lamborghini Urus that gets only 14 mpg. The Philippines doesn't have an Autoban for this behemoth nor have the real estate to see it's top speed. Proud that Manila is coming up in the world maybe next time will see someone rock a Pagani. Julia & Presello film crew another great work in filming a home, thank you.
