We moved to Canada in September 2019 and started living in Kitchener, Ontario. Within 2 Years we were able to buy our first home in Canada. We have setup our home with a lot of love and care, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Quite a well organized home. Lots of labour/dirtying of hands involved. Best part that I liked was - modular kitchen + the garage + your housing projects. Was this a brand new home that you guys purchased?

Thank you so much! This was built in 2016, we are the second owners but the garage was raw and we finished it. We also installed all smart features ourselves, video on that coming this week.

@@take_two_vlogs That's really nice that you did all the projects yourself with no help from outsiders. Labour of love and cooperation. The interiors of the house looked brand new hence my question. The kitchen I felt is spacious for a town house in Ontario. The counter was also granite or may be quartz. They were all top of the line (in my opinion). The home office was nicely decked up with the sofa cum bed kinds. All in all - really liked the way you set it up. Best part was doing everything on your own(including CHRP exams) and that too in such a short time. All the be$$t! PS: I have actually saved the video for "later" so that I can take a look again. Your tips might help us post buying of our home.

Calgary is 50% cheaper (freehold townhome 350k). Calgary has the fastest growing tech, finance and tech industry. Calgary is also world’s cleanest and most livable city. Calgary is also sunniest ☀️ city in Canada. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary. We will see more of this trend in coming years.
