The house looks beautiful Cambriea, though the reason I am loving this house is that your style in this house seems roomier and simpler than the last house. I like your ideas for the dining room, though I am not too sure about the built-ins in the lounge room. I like the simplicity of your loungeroom as it is, adding more might just make it look cluttered. You and Bobby make a great team, love the updates!!!

Love all of the transformations but I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the sunroom and being able to see how warm and inviting it is from the front door really takes things to the next level for me! Also, I would prob put the middle basket with the blankets in it on the Sun porch as under the table looks a bit crowded to me. Sun porch will need some blankets too.

I was thinking as I was watching this video that even if I had an unlimited budget I could never pull something like this off! I just don't have the vision. But my favorite part was when you did the "after" of the boy's room and Xander jumped up and picked up some stuffies off the floor and put them up on the bed!! He is SO your son!! In the dining area, board and batton would look lovely halfway up those 2 walls, with a picture rail on top so you can lean some frames and prints on. I cant believe how much you've got accomplished already. everything looks gorgeous .

Love every choice you have made in furniture except for the coffee table which I know is sturdy and practical for comfy feet resting while watching TV but does not have lightness in style as your side sofa table. Love you Cambria.

At 12m kids' bath- do use a richer darker color on the long base cabinet to anchor the room. You can match the fixtures and mirror frames to the dark antique bronze in K and use light walls and counters to give space and air feeling.

It is just amazing that you and Bobby have accomplished this in the time frame you did it in. Wow! Outstanding! You mentioned that you were still wondering about the eating area walls. Tossed between cabinets and shelves. Why not the best of both worlds. When you don’t have a basement, storage is king, so why not run lower cabinets along both walls in an L formation and then starting from the centre of both walls working towards the inside corner have upper cabinets there and then starting from the edge of cabinets to the outside edge put in shelves. So looking from the kitchen island you would have shelves from outside edge to the centre and at that point cabinets would start and wrap around to centre of patio door wall at which point more shelves would start and extend close to the patio door edge. Whatever you come up with will be beautiful for sure but just thought I would put this idea out there too. Remember as your children grow so does the need for storage, even for food supplies. I have two sons (now married) but I remember their teenage appetites and things like giant cans of ketchup, tomato sauces, pastas, drinks, cereals, snacks....oh my goodness, kitchen food and appliance storage became a necessity. I always seemed to have extra teenagers eating at my house too. Even now with just my hubby and myself, my children and grandchildren are always over eating so we have a stocked pantry and garage food shelving, two freezers and two fridges. Anyway, just saying your boys are growing so think about a couple years down the road and what your needs may be. I simply love the videos you put out as they are the highlight of my week. Thank you so much for bringing us along on your journey!!

Cambriea I do love how your home has come together. It is warm & inviting. I’m still so amazed at how much y’all have done in 4 months!! Not only have you changed everything but somehow made it livable in between each upgrade. On the subject of a king size bed, I probably wouldn’t. Your bedroom looks so spacious and you work from the side when the kids are sleeping. I figure that it would be nice to snuggle the whole family at times but those days go by so quickly and you’ll be left wondering why you and your partner aren’t as close as you were.

I can see a sage green on the cabinets with matching accessories. And the 2 round black framed mirrors and lots of plants!! it will make a difference! also some dark stained wooden floating shelves over the sinks an possibly floating shelves in the corner close to the window. how about a floating shelf obverse the window with small glass vases full of cuttings!!

Morning, it is amazing just how much y’all have done in the last four months. This house is turning into an awesome home. Love watching y’all on this journey. I think I would put cabinets & shelves on both walls in the dinning room to maximize the storage. I think that would be such a great use of the space. If you want a large mirror, you could put one on each wall and make the room look huge.I love a beautiful dark sage for the kids bathroom cabinets with a soft cream wall color. It would be fresh and clean looking.Xander is growing so so tall. When I think of the little boy back when I first started watching, I cannot believe how fast he has turned into such a tall young man. So handsome, looks like Dad. I’m just amazed at the so many renovations done in so little time. It also amazes me in the creative foresight to bring everything together. I know sometimes thing are coincidental & just happened to work, but when you have a great sense of vision & planning it & have a projected plan it all come together so nicely! We just decided to declutter & reorganize our garage & oh my goodness..after plaster, sanding, texture, painting & etching our concrete floor for a epoxy finish it’s finally coming together. We've been in our fixer upper for 6 weeks. I'm hoping ours looks that good at the 4mo mark! I nearly jumped out of my chair when you said you were thinking about a king size bed.... DO IT! We've had one for about 9 years and I LOVE it. We would never go back to a queen. I was already thinking you needed a king to really finish off that bedroom so I'm super happy to hear you talking about it. You've given me lots of home decorating ideas

I love how your doing your home. In your bedroom your bed in front of that window makes it look small and cluttered. What if you tore out the one window and went up w some long horizontal skinny windows that would make your head board fill the space and you would still have beautiful light. The bed would be the focus and you could get rid of that not good window. You could even do a beautiful design with the Clear glass like stained glass but clear. Then you bed will look like I belongs there. You could do the windows the width of the wall or wait till you bed comes and go w the width of your headboard. Otherwise the room looks great. Think about the windows up high bc then you bed will have real presence. Bed w that window doesn't work. Love your changes and you deserve an oasis. That would real bring that room up another notch.. with all that on the tv/fireplace wall you need to give the opposite wall some presence. My fav is the livingroom. Everything is clean lines and not over crowded, the sunroof too. Seeing you have an awesome shower room. That is a priority fav!!!!!! Your doing a great job!!!!!
