I'm so late to watching this video but it's awesome! We have a huge 14x13' closet over our garage, complete with coffee station/fridge in a mini-hallway going from bedroom to closet. Lived with that huge closet and nothing but wire shelving until last year when we had it all custom built with lighting, island, etc. What a life-changer...being able to see everything and have it organized. SO SO worth it. Love yours!!!

That patio you added with the fire pit is so elegant. I love it. You said the kitchen wasn’t ideal, but just from what you showed in the video it seems like you could expand onto your existing patio, open up the kitchen with enough room for a giant (or two) kitchen islands. you could also expand the living room to match the new kitchen space and get new black squared off windows that would give it that elevated European farmhouse vibe I’m getting from your new fire pit/ dining space combo... just an idea, I absolutely love renovating LOL.. beautiful home. You should be proud!

Absolutely love the stone work on your patio. Great color and design. Incredible fire pit. The main window is awesome. We have something similar, and it's lovely when the sun shines in, and during sunset. We redid our master bathroom 2 years ago, and got rid of the jetted tub completely. Thanks for giving us a tour of your beautiful property. Your kitchen would look more updated if you just removed that piece of trim above the sink (with the old-fashioned curved edges) and any others like it. If you need it to hide or soften the above-sink light, you could just replace it with a plain-cut piece of trim. It would be easy for your handy husband.

I use covers when I know the rain is coming, but all of my cushions have sunbrella fabric which can survive the occasional rain with some drying time.

I am also thinking of the same thing. I live in an apartment and never had a patio which makes me curious about these outdoor furniture especially sofas. What happens if there's an unexpected storm and you happen to be out? All your cushions get soaked and have to sun dry them Or you have to keep all your cushions in your garage before you go out? And the wooden furniture? They can survive the rain without getting wood rot? Or termites invested? Just thinking! 🤔🙄
