Love the painting! When I was pregnant, for Father’s Day, I gave my husband a wood picture frame with our son’s heartbeat carved into it. I always recorded the Doppler at my appointments since he loved hearing it so much and couldn’t come to every quick check in, so I thought having the sound waves as an image on the frame was a cute idea and something to remember. Your painting turned out gorgeous!

Marnie do you mind if you tell me when you use your crates? Have a new puppy and trying out crate training but also have an older dog who doesn’t use crate. Thanks

When they were puppies, they would spend a lot more time in the crates. A typical day-they would sleep the night in the crate, be let out first thing in the morning to go potty, then they could play for a little bit, then I'd feed them in their crate, wait 15-30 minutes and take them out again. If they didn't go to the bathroom, then they went back in for another 15-30 minutes, then we tried to go potty again. That cycle would continue until they went to the bathroom, then they could play/hang out with us in a contained area. After a nap, they went right outside to go potty, if that didn't happen, back in the crate. Basically that concept all day long until one last potty run at night and then put them to bed in the crate. There's a great book that walks you through it called The Art of Raising a Puppy by the Monks of New Skete. Now they just go in there to eat and when we leave the house.

@@MsGoldgirl thanks Marnie. I did crate train my dog who just turned 10 but we haven’t used the crate with him in a long time. My daughter got a puppy and routine has been off with being home with COVID. I’m definitely more relaxed with him than I was with my pup. Second child 😁

@@MsGoldgirl I had a chihuahua for 17 years. He was trained this way and actually as he got older we left the crate door all the way open and he would go in by himself and nap. It kind of soothed him to have a cushion and place of his own. Now I have a 11 year old chihuahua and she is so spoiled even more. She is potty pan trained.

As a Christian, I am always interested in leering about the historical significance of culture/artifacts that are Hebrew/Jewish in nature! Thank you for sharing the marriage contract document...it is beautiful!🤗 Also, on a lighter note, I came home today after a VERY LONG day only to find they my cat (13 years old) had thrown up under the Christmas tree (on the burlap tree skirt)!! I was #DONE!!! This will no doubt Lt need to be dry cleaned and will probably not be back before Christmas!! OMG!! All I could do was go upstairs and lie down...sound familiar??? So, to hear they one of the Westies LOVES to pee in closets just cracked me up!! Uhggggg...life of a pet mom!!🤦🏽‍♀️ But, it made me remember all that is good about our furr babies and they life would not be the same w/o them!! Faith restored!!
