Don’t you ever touch taps and other chromes without clothes during inspection, you can leave lots of finger prints! If my supervisors would check rooms like that they would be sucked after one month. Basically you should check if the things are clean not only if bathroom and bedroom looks “nice and tidy”

He is doing a functionality inspection and therefore not a housekeeping inspection. It's to make sure everything is working properly the way it should be. You noticed he didnt even mention the bed because he's not a housekeeping inspector.

In inspecting rooms, it's either counter clockwise or clockwise then i never touch toilet seat, use tissue to lift the seat, never touch fixtures without tissue so it won't leave any finger marks. Good video. Keep it up.

Hi. I saw that you're the latest person who dropped a comment here. I'm working as a supervisor also and i handle 3 floors with total 48 rooms, 45 standard studio rooms with 2 Junior suites and 1 executive suite room. A total of 144 rooms and during full occupancy there are 60 to 80 rooms check outs and same arrivals how do I should check all of that rooms? Any tips? Ones a year we have 144 rooms checkout and 144 arrival rooms.

Lka 90210 1 second ago This is an OCCUPIED ROOM...Where is " WE ARE SERVICING YOUR ROOM " sign ? It should be hanging on door handle (outside) while we checking an occupied rooms ...3 hand towels hanging are not lined properly....and it would be perfect if added " Good evening Mr/Ms Brown "( assumed guest in the room somewhere) when entering the room...Over all good room inspection.

While servicing the room, the quest will be either in there or gone. If they are gone, there will be a cart near or next to their room and the door adjacent....so they will know, see, and hear that someone is in their room. This video is just for inspection purposes only.

It involves alot of memorization and a keen eye. Other than that, it is quite reasonable. I wouldn't say easy but far from hard.

How about cleanliness you never checked to see if everything was clean. It is nice all the fixtures and room parts are in good working order. Is your shower clean how about the toilet and what about the bed is it free or stains or hair. You did not check that and you went through this fast. What about taking more time and doing a more thorough inspection
