This looks like the exact same place I had same issue with my 7.5m moho! I eventually had to reverse out the way I went in and ended up reserving a mile or so back down single track road! Was a nightmare 🙈🤦‍♀️🙈

Nice tight squeeze for the big American RV, it could have done with some adjustable suspension on it's back end to help stop it bottoming out. Vets always seem to like charging nice prices for their work. I hope that the dog is all ok.
