Try this: take a candy bar and try pulling them apart to break in the middle and then try breaking it by pushing the two ends of the bar down while pushing the middle of the bar up. You will see that it is easier to break by using the second method. In this scene, Foreman and House were either pushing the stick towards each other or pulling it away but the stick is sturdy enough to not break. chiaki I do and it was unlikely he would have gotten it out with the head intact(which he did because it was moving and alive) unless he had experience. You should try finding ticks on small dogs or cats when they’re basically a speck. Closer to the ground more ticks. I corkscrew them out with a hemostat in order to keep the things with the head attached or infection can occur. Definitely not easy to find them all at least on the first look over
