SPOILERS FOR LATER SEASONS OF THE SHOW IN THIS COMMENT SO DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE THEM ... Anyway. Always liked the interesting foreshadowing when House tells them to leave the room. Foreman immediately tries to stop him but then backs off when he recognizes the truth in what House is saying, and he ends up becoming House's boss. Cameron is clearly torn but says she can't be a part of it, and she ends up leaving the hospital. Chase looks him right in the eye and chooses to stay, and he ends up replacing House. Also an extremely underrated and funny moment is when Cameron makes a certain comment about Jello shots and House's expression looks like he thinks she might be serious for a second.
