House's Head and Wilson's Heart will always be the best two tv episodes of any series that I've ever seen. The writing, cinematography, music and acting were just on another level. They truly went above and beyond, also the cgi/practical effects were really impressive. It is nice that the actors themselves also rate these episodes as some of the best.

My favorite episode was the episode where House has to attend his father's funeral. We learn how House and Wilson meet.

I agree with Anne Dudek, Games is one of my favorite episodes. At the end she tells the guy she got fired and then tells him, "I'm trying not to care", and he replies, "It's not so easy". But certainly, "Maybe purposelessness is my purpose", is an amazing line. Also, when Cuddy realizes House got exactly what he wanted and he has a smirk as they play Norman Greenbaum's "Spirit In the Sky", turn out the lights and start to roll credits. Perfection!

Nurses are not supposed to like House because House the show is pretty hard, and unrealistic on nurses. But once one gets pass that piece of Hollywood silliness, there is actual health care education that takes place on the show. There is an episode that is all about the importance of a good history in diagnosis. There is an episode all about questioning lab values. In one episode Wilson tells House, talking about a child with cancer, "she just might outlive you, and she stole a kiss from Chase". That is an actual conversation that doctors and nurses have, as we stand where we stand at that place where this world ends, and the next begins.

My favourite episode was at the end of season 5 where house starts having vicodin hallucinations the last episode was amazing i didnt see it coming when they revealed he didnt actually sleep with cuddy and it was all just a hallucination
