Cristine, I think that one plant is a Monstera Esqueleto. My jaw dropped when you said you got it for $5, because they easily go for over $200. I want one, so bad, but it's $45 for a cutting with no leaf. I'm so jelly LOL

I love your aesthetic. My collection has reached 180 species, a mix of mostly philodendron, anthurium, alocasia, and Hoya. I tend toward the dark and velvet, large leaves with unique veining or ruffles. I don't think there's anything in your collection I wouldn't love 😍 they all clearly love your care 🥰 what is your RH where those queens sit?

Really enjoyed this video and tour. I love your crystal collection. I also like gemstones and crystals. Be nice if it shipped worldwide and in the EU. You really love your leafy plants i am not a lover of those. The crystalline ones looks cute and i do like there silvery lines and glow to them. We all have our favourite type of species of plants. Mine are Hoya’s, succulents, Euphorbia and Sansevieria. Wow your obese types of plant collection are interesting i did not know there are a few varieties i only have the one. The Alocasia Dragon Scale my favourite i love the leaves so alien looking. Thanks for sharing for what plants looks like when under and over watered the yellow on the leaves. My dragon scale mainly are in the tips. I found they arw hard to get there watering right since they like being moist.

It's a Monstera Adansonii var. Laniata or also called Monstera Adansonii var. Boliviana. :) It can get big, but not as huge as the Monstera Esqueleto/Epipremnoides. The leaves are also a little darker and thinner than the Monstera Esqueleto or the regular Adansonii. Very beautiful subspecimen!

Hi Christine! I have a question (I’m a new plant mama). When you say you got your ecuagenera plants in with root rot, or with a single root and you rerooted/saved them, how did you know that there was a problem? I just received my first ecuagenera order (from their USA site), and so they’re in pots. I got an el choco, and 2 anthurium. They look really good, but now I am worrying that all may not be well inside/under the soil, because of how many root issues you seem to have had/be having, with your ecuagenera orders. I’ve had these plants for 3 or 4 days, and the medium doesn’t feel overly wet, but has been moist enough that I haven’t wanted to water any of them yet. I am super hesitant to un-pot them to check their roots because I feel like they’re just acclimating from the shipping, and I would feel terrible if I caused more stress unnecessarily. Can you please give me some things to look for that would let me know that there is an issue going on under the soil? Both of my anthurium came with new babies just unfurling, and on my regale, the tip of the baby leaf looks the tiniest bit off- not yellow, but a bit bent, maybe? Possibly a slightly different color than the rest of the leaf. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! I love them so much and would feel just horrible if there ends up being a problem that could have been avoided had I known what I was looking out for. I hope that makes sense! I absolutely love your plant room. Your queens are simply stunning! -Nora

Nothing more refreshing than hearing my Plant Momma Superhero say she’s got fungus gnats😹 we’ve all been there! I’ve also unboxed newbies indoors and a gnat flew out… only takes ONE (they lay 200 eggs EACH). A boo-boo we all make one time and learn the hard way, am I right. PS MOSQUITO DUNKS 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 also! I live in MN and have left potting soil outside for weeks in subzero temps thinking it would kill FG. Literally brought the bag inside to thaw and use the next day. Opened the bag and a gnat flew out. Googled it, they literally CANT BE KILLED GUYS😹 so don’t feel bad, we can’t win w/o continuous fight! Again, mosquito dunks!
