So in today's times it's better to buy a readymade home rather than go for land&home package...what do you think? 2. at @12:16 you showed shared double vanity and bathroom....but why it doesn't have a door ??

Yes definately buy existing ones they are cheap and hassle free at the moment. Building is expensive. Yes I have sliding door, it was slides open .

Yes they do, older bigger houses have fireplaces, newer house's use gas central heating. if someone fancies it they put fireplace n new houses too, gas ones..

I have lived in both countries. 23 years in Newzealand & 2 years in Australia. Newzealand is a beautiful country compared to Australia. Cost of living is very high in Newzealand especially house prices and petrol is very expensive in Newzealand. Whereas Australia has very affordable housing. Honestly, my opinion, I love Newzealand more than Australia. Also, Aussies are more nice compared to kiwis.
