I really enjoy your videos! I really appreciate all your hard work! I was a stay at home mom too! Mine are 24 and 21 now. Our kids are living successfully on their own. So now it's just me and my husband. It's hard to do what you do everyday. But you are blessed with a husband and 2 sons that really seem to appreciate you. I love your recipes! Thank you for all your hard work!!!!! Sending much love from Louisiana.

I appreciate your view of being hard working but I split with my husband when my daughter was eight months old. I held down a full time job working seven days a week to pay the mortgage and bills and luckily my mum and dad offered childcare. The money was so tight I had to eat at work as I couldn’t afford food at home, my mum and dad fed my daughter. I would have given anything to be in your position at the time but just had to slog my guts out and make it through 😔

Your husband is always so thoughtful with what he orders for the family. I never thought of using yogurt instead of cream cheese. That dessert looked so good! Your little foodie made me smile when he said that he could tell it was yummy just by looking at it! Yes, our days pass by mostly the same, but you are right. Treasure them as they quickly pass. I love the different angles you are showing in the videos. Thank you for sharing! Have a great week. ❤️

Did you know that if you rinse frozen fruits and vegetables prior to using them, that they will taste more like fresh than frozen? I figured this out a few years ago. The reason is that a freezer cycles on and off, and when it is off, ice crystals form on food that was slightly thawed. These crystals taste terrible. So I always rinse them first before using them. Also, frozen vegetables can be soaked in a hot tap water bath to cover for several minutes, then drain and soak again in hot tap water. After 3 cycles, they should feel warm to the touch. If not do it again. Then they are ready to eat without actual cooking, which is great in the summer. Wonderful summer salad. Hope this helps you too.
