I agree. If they are just migrant workers then I can see it but if they are from here they need to conform to our flag FIRST at least.

For people who are unaware, these flags are from central america, which celebrates it’s independence around the same time as Mexico, this has nothing to do with Mexico and is very disrespectful to those people and cultures.

You're so ignorant.... I guess you don't know that all hispanics are from the American continent. We are probably more American than you and your ancestors.

@@itsruf1 Texas is a Spanish name. In Spanish it's pronounced as Tejas or tehas for English. Texas was part of the Spanish empire and later on to Mexico. Also Mexicans are mestizos meaning they are a mix of both European and native American blood.

Observation: The title is wrong. "Houston" is not celebrating this. A handful of people are and they don't appear to be actual "Houstonians" . It should read "A handfull of illegals..."

lmao i think you forgot texas was a part of mexico. So who is the illegal here?
@leslieah70609 ай бұрын
pookie, also learn how to spell cause an "illegal" as you call them can write better than you. :) Just wanted to let ya know.

This is a huge assumption, it’s very rude to many who worked very hard to get to the US or were actually born in the US believe it or not.

They are celebrating their countries' independence from Spain 200 years ago. You can see the flags of Guatemala and El Salvador along with their proudly displayed American flag. They're double patriots!😁
