Dr Asiakale you are indeed God sent, I usually have a very painful flow ever since I was 17years old, I have tried using different drugs but the pains doesn't stop nor go, I have been living with it and managing with the pain each time my monthly circle comes but ever since last year December when I started using your herb the pains has been subsided and I feel better and comfortable each time my flows comes now. Thank you, am grateful and may God continue to bless and increase you. Amen!

I've noticed that a week before a menstruate my bones crack super easy and will re crack sooner then normal. Then when I do menstruate I can barely crack at all. Why is that?

My cramps and flow have been the worst now at pre-menopause 😑. Just watching this video gave some emotional relief. I use clary sage essential oil and midol, sometimes it helps, other times it takes a lot of mental gymnastics😪. Tend to use my PTO when pain is excruciating.

How am I just now finding out a chiropractor can help relieve period cramps and other pains associated with it? Ive been diagnosed with endometriosis and it’s been tough to say the least. Extreme pain in my back, pelvis, all the way down to my knees have me in tears. Im tired of reaching for prescription pain meds so Im going to see if my husbands chiropractor can help me 😉

If she had severe cramps she wouldn’t be able to stand like that
@SherittaNesbitt4 жыл бұрын
All women process pain differently. I have severe cramps that I still have to work through. I have to pretend everything is fine, even though i want to cry and curl in a ball. As a woman, you should be happy for her that her pain was relieved, instead you are judging her pain level based on the way she is standing? Stick together ladies- this is something a lot of women go through. I'm here because my menstrual pain is almost debilitating today but I still have to go to work.

Sheritta Nesbitt Yeah you’re right. Clearly I was an arsehole back then or having a bad day. Hopefully this gives women hope for conditions such as Endometriosis 😊

I guess I interpreted what you said differently. It's hard to even stand when I have severe pain, like I'm not upright. I'll be hunching over grabbing any rails or the wall to keep myself up and literally take baby steps to go around. It's too painful to even move I definitely would not be standing like the girl in the video was. I need to be laying down or sitting.

Martina Lola fraser same for me. It's sad but the only relief I get is drinking alcohol. My mother recommended trying a chiropractor to see if it helps. Did you ever go and see one ?
@celibean557 жыл бұрын
I suffer tremendously as well. IB profen does not work nor does acetaminophen. I did notice that naproxen helps a little. I have started taking melatonin 2 weeks before my cycle and it helps me sleep well which doesn't alleviate all of my pain but I can deal with it better when I get appropriate rest. Unfortunately, alcohol dehydrates me too much and makes me feel worse after. I drink ginger tea for nausea (yogi tea brand).

ladies, the only thing that helps is yarrow tea and magnesium. painkillers and alcohol won't work for long, you need to get to the cause. but today, not even god can help. i took 375 mg of magnesium today and an adult should not take more than that in a day, but, while that helps me endure for 24 hours, the cramps were back in 6 hours today. i cannot take it anymore, i am unable to think, it feels like knife is stabbing me in my pelvis aaa what do i do
