Mila was on Howard Stern and spoke about how her parents never took a dime from her when she was a child actor. She said she was rich and her parents were struggling but they wouldn’t take any money from her. She wanted to buy them a house but they refused. It’s really sweet to see that she was able to give them something back. The renovation is very pretty.

I can see where Mila got her personality, respect, and family values. This video could be lesson in smart parenting. This is what happens when you treat your kids with love, compassion , time, and interest. What a great family. I have liked Mila since the 70's show and her movies since. This was a real treat. OMG! Mila's parents are absolutely adorable! I especially love her dad. He seems like kind of a "tough guy", but how he keeps talking about "the grandkids". You can totally tell that this is going to be a grandfather who his grandkids are going to love so much, and will look back on as being so important in helping them to be the people they've become. Just like their daughter, they'll make them feel important and valued, even as little children. This is how many grandparents were, and it's the most wonderful gift you can give a child, the gift of grandparents who love you and want you. It's expected from parents, but somehow so much more special from grandparents, imo. Just lovely people.

This brought me immense joy lol. Mila's such a private person, so it was really cool to see how she interacts with her parents and see all those childhood photos. I know her parents made such giant sacrifices emigrating from Ukraine with their kids...I believe both had university degrees that they had to leave behind. And I know Mila has said that her parents have always refused any financial help from either of their kids. They certainly kept her grounded, even when she was a TV star. So this was very lovely to watch.

Why would kids mean I can't give my parents something they deserve as well. I'm well aware children cost a ton of money. I'm 26 years old. As a Ukrainian, I love watching it. They're even drinking Советское Шампанское!!!!!! God! It's sooooo Ukrainian! They even had their previous furniture like my parents did!!! For Ukranians renovation in the apartment is incredibly important and satisfying thing, one of the main goals in life. Mila's an amazing daughter!!!

I happened upon this video by chance. So happy to see Mila in this scenario with her parents and husband. As a child and teenager, Mila was down to earth and always kind and generous. Her parents filled her life with love. Mila, in this video shows the enormous respect she has always had for her parents. My heart is filled with joy and warmth just watching this beautiful exchange of love. The designer did an amazing job on the remodel.
