Kettlebells are an excellent training modality and how I started my fitness journey. EMOM drills provide great cardio and it's easy to travel with a single kettlebell, by car that is. Though it technically is smaller than a carry on. Keep training!

What does you kettle bell routine look like?

It changes quite often, but I generally train most days. At the moment I do 3 days of straight set workouts (e.g. performing x sets of y reps), 2 days of EMOM (every minute on the minute) workouts, and 1-2 days of more cardio exercises like maximum swings in x minutes with limited rest periods. Whatever you do just make sure you're trying to do more than you did last week.
