@@AutomaticJakas someone returning from Shadowlands Season 1, healing feels very…. obtuse? On Disc It doesn’t really feel like I am healing, just that I’m there. It also seems to be that healing is just trial and error on disc, as it’s so dependent on its CD’s instead of traditional throughput or burst. These dungeon guides are fantastic for me, but would you be able to maybe go in depth on how you approach each/some pulls in a pug environment? My biggest struggle is pulling, the tank drops to nothing, and it seems to take forever to ramp up heals, especially on longer pulls

Impressive. Ive come back to the game after 12 years, playing holy pally so this is my first sesson. Its crazy to see the difference from the 6-8keys ive been playing compared to this. I see what seems like substantially more damage in my pug groups. Lots of good tips here though. Id roll a priest if i had time for an alt since hpal seems somewhat weak in comparison.

I have start watching your videos after i had to reroll from Holy to Disc. My main problem is the timing and outputs are not nearly as high as in Holy, but now i atleast have some meaningful AOE heals. I hope Blizzard does some Holy rework soon as it matches my playstyle alot better.

I just healed a +3 Grim Batol with a bear tank with 25% ironfur uptime and 2 uses of Barkskin through the first 2 bosses. He died 9 times and we never finished it and blamed me for not healing him when he gets 3 shot in every trash pack.

I switched over to totemic resto shammy I’m having a lot of fun. Is there a ceiling of M+ I’ll probably find that I can’t heal through? Or is it mainly team comp and (my) skill level? Love the videos man.

I got to 2k with totemic resto and i can asure you you can heal everything. You can switch totems and talents between dungeons to have tools for everything, I repeat, everything

I'm just over 2,500 totemic shaman, and I haven't hit a ceiling yet. I would say the ceiling is primarily the skill level of the whole group. People can easily get one shot by standing in bad, so you can't out heal that. Players also need to use defensive abilities at the right time etc.

3200 resto shaman checking in, you're pretty set up until 16s for the most part but 17+ become largely a dps and party survival issue without pi/pain sup unless you're running a very self sufficient and synergistic comp

Normally Priests don't spec into mass dispel in higher keys, and they don't have a decurse

Great video, I actually switched from disc to holy because I enjoy the playstyle more. I'd accept any tips for healing those higher keys, I'm 2500 io right now and I'm struggling with those high +11 +12 keys. I'd imagine voice communication is really important for mitigations.
