Great explanation, especially on the EM - harmony - vivify interaction. He makes it look so easy, but if you waste 2 gcds instead of covering the party with renewing mist at the right moment, the whole burst falls apart and 2 people die. Such a fun spec, but man it takes practice, especially harmony

I have been running Master of Harmony since TWW released! I am glad it is finally gaining more traction, it's been pretty viable for a while. They worked out the bugs before launch, but not many people actually went back to it. It has been absolutely amazing in raid!

Seeing this kind of break down analysis on a spec I played this season threw 12s really goes to show how much nuance goes into high level play, never considered preloading blackout kicks before my bird. I would love if jade fire lightning were a bit more functional for single target boss healing, bosses are always the pain point for me with MoH.

The one after 6:33 is a pala bubble and so was the first tank buster (bubble as well) What’s the point on dispelling insta instead of waiting for the next tank buster to give that juicy dr for the tank ?

Hi, pally tank here. The reason is that the debuff is quite a nasty dot that is kinda hard to deal with on higher keys, it's easier for us pallys to rotate CDs for the slams rather than dealing with the dot

I have never seen a video to make a look, Mistweaver more complicated than it ever could be. First boss they are just playing 114 with making the addition of playing the first round with the two specs because of shae lun and I think it’s pretty obvious that if you use Shalu’s, it should be to instantly pump your group because you don’t have that conduit celestials cool down so you have to make your shaeluns count more but you can only do unlike seven stacks 😂

aspect of harmony DOES apply through your hots ticking, they are direct heals. thats the main application of the heal increase, the only thing that doesn’t is ancient teachings healing

As well as healing done to heal absorbs. The healing has to be considered effective in order to drain vitality and apply AoH-- and for some reason healing done to healing absorbs won't count for it.

After seeing this, it makes me wish other healers had a spec that could also heal by doing damage. Seems this ability allows mw and disc to have an advantage over other healers that want to push keys. As a resto shaman main (I only pug) it feels bad to switch between damage since there is little synergy between the two. And acid rain is not cutting it at all (undoing the nerf would be a start but not a solution).

Holy Paladin is also firmly in the damage->healing camp now, as they've got a Hero Talent tree that gives you high uptime on wings, and makes your damage convert to healing while wings is up. Previously they were more of a damage then heal kind of healer, but there's quite a bit more synergy now.

Now, if this was with a Brewmaster tank, this would be impressive. But all this goes to show is that a Paladin tank doesn't desperately need the two externals a Disc priest provides, but can do well on their own if it isn't the highest of key.

There are only 3 tank players with 3.5k without using paladin so far. Two of them are brewmaster and the other is druid. It would be impressive if it was a bdk which can't be healed since they can get one shot by bad swing timings.

I feel like I'm the only mist weaver that runs dance of chichi ._. and nothing about what we do seems any different. I can't imagine ever using jade either because i pug exclusively and I just do not trust the pugs to kick as much as I do or be as aware of everything as me. Can cast conduit while moving, it gives personal damage reduction, the healing is....eh, but dance of chichi lets you cast while moving and heals more in cleave. I just talent splendid mist to make up for not having the empowered jade healing. 70% chance for 150% more healing. It just means melee up time is even more important but I am absolutely not running MoH just to make jade empowerment do ok dps. Catweaving druids don't even need heart of the wild to get 700k-1m dps and I don't particularly want to either. And I think if holypriest who do like no damage mostly can push to keys higher than me that I shouldn't have to sacrifice the way I like to play and be miserable not having an extra defensive and never getting the full use out of vitality cause dps don't know or don't do their defensive rotation and need zen right now. What would be even better though would be like if blizzard didn't make our ability to be functional depend on a single talent. Or if they gave us damage reduciton. PI/lust. Battle res. I can think of a lot of changes I want from blizz for fistweaver and none of them involve the lightning.
