@@ZachSchieffer Thanks man, an idea would be how to increase LTV of a purchaser, so focus on post-purchase upsell flows plus specific campaigns that only focus on making existing customers buy again, stuff that you have seen yourself work (plus numbers if possible, i.e. that flow alone increased LTV by x%). I know from limited data that we currently increase LTV by 30% from first purchase just by people coming back organically over 12 months, with 0 emails. The goal is to double LTV from first purchase which I think should be possible with email, but difficult to forecast without any data. Also thanks for the call offer, let us get to a stable, breakeven $30k+ monthly revenue basis first (finishing October at $15k, second 'real' month only), right now we need to make stuff work ourselves first before we can afford any outside help.
