5 days out of the week… Two 30 second sets. -10 hip rotations on both sides -Leg stretch (as shown) 10 each -Grab a counter/chair/pillow 30 seconds>Rest 30 seconds>30 seconds

I tried to learn this years ago and was almost there. A few years later I did yoga and realised if u hold up your perineum and do deep breaths it oh so much easier. Dont know why. So know Im going to try again doing this combination.

This is how my kneecaps popped out of place- be careful when attempting any kind of splits if you’ve not trained or stretched enough. I’d recommend doing it in front of a trainer first go because now my knees are absolute garbage

The rate of gaining flexibility is a very individual process. So the honest answer is it depends. It could take you as little as 3 months or even as much as some years to have your middle splits. Especially if you start from no athletic background or have weak genes flexibility wise.

I don't know how long it took me to get my front splits. But I'd say a month maybe? You need to stretch every day and once you get your splits it's gonna be sore 😢 only after a while you'll be able to stay in the splits for a while. It takes time!
