How 60 years OLD HOUSE RENOVATED to NEW in Cape Town ,South Africa

I always gets into curiosity when i used to see houses of Cape Town don't have concrete roof rather they use tiles and pine woods for their roof unlike in India where most of the houses are concrete . In this video I am trying to give you some insight into a renovation work of a 60 years old house through OBR construction company where Mr Taahir ,owner of OBR construction, explained in high level about his architectural plan for the new house and what kind of material his company used for the renovation work . Then I have shown both before and after renovation look of the interior and exterior of the 60 year old house in Cape Town .
