My 40 caliber Rhino is a piece of crap, now getting repair for the second time at SFRC here in Canada ( the only authorized repair station ) for firing pin issues. The firearm was over 1700.00 was used maybe 35 times before it started having Firing pin issues and finally not making enough contact to barely dent a primer. After over a year (the first time) waiting for repairs and parts to come from Italy it came back with the very same issues ( some repair?). The Second time it was mailed back to SFRC in late September it's still there January 16, 2023 waiting for parts. Maybe it's the 40 caliber that is having the issues - but all I can say it's been the worst firearms purchase I have ever made. Tried three times to contact the manufacture NO REPLY, not even an acknowledgement. Nice one Chiappa real professional NOT!!!

bruh, it's a firing pin, they giving you Crap quality firing pins... they are also easy to change... Idk what to tell you but a firing pin isn't exactly the most compicated device on the whole shtick and is obviously shortening quickly from ware and tear... I would check a few strange factors including if your brass and 'potentially cylinder' has 2 "sharp" cuts near the primer.... If so, your firing pin's spring is weak and is allowing the pin to be scraped as the revolver cylinder is rotating around. I'd gladly take it off ya hands, but yeah my considerations would be to look into a gunsmith who knows what they are doin.

I have three guesses. weak material "actually over hardened material" for the firing pin... The hammer is hitting too hard on the firing pin... The spring of the thing as aforementioned is allowing for unnecessary wear and tear as a result of it clipping on the cylinder. "check for scrapes like a sharp circle"
