Is it common to get this situation with new bikes, do I need to worry. Should I try to ignore as the sound is little or should i insist the mechanic to get it fixed?

There's not much to maintain in rear shock absorbers... Just keep them clean and don't ride more than 2 people on bike. (1 rider + 1 pillion).... And replace the whole shock absorber assembly once they fail. (Usually it happens after 40-60,000 kms depending on how you ride but can happen way early as well if you ride really harsh)

Yes... It's the fault of decompression device and i haven't seen someone repairing it so far... Everyone just replace the exhaust cam and that's it.
