Living in a house like theirs is not about poverty. A person living in a big mansion thinks he is always happy its the best way to live but thats not the case. As long as that home is sustainable, comfortable, stable full of love and happiness thats a perfect home. Congratulations to this couple for puting the environment first. @@anujsharma3656 They have a TV and laptops, what's to say they can't have Wifi and internet access? If you look at 6:32 you can see that she is using Google- so yes they do have internet access. The wonderful thing about the modern world is that you can have the best of both worlds- you can live in a sustainable house in the middle of a food forest AND have internet access to do whatever it is you do on the internet. Yes, you would need money to buy the property and to pay the builders to build you a mud hut, but what you can also do is find a bunch of like-minded people and you all can buy the property together and live in your own separate corners of it or you can all live together in a cluster of mud houses- might be cheaper to get the materials in bulk maybe. Otherwise, if that option is not possible you can do research and become super knowledgeable about this so that it'll be easier to start when you do manage to save up/win the lottery/get the property through whatever means you do. That's what I'm doing at least.

sabnam gurung But my conclusion is just opposite . Now a days no girl wanna stay in rural area. I also wanna spend my life at my home town . I ask my girlfriend she just diny, and told me go to hell. Now what should I do. Either lost my hope or stay alone.

I was raised in a city and I love city life. Can't even think of staying in a village. But my husband is exactly opposite . he wants to build a farm and a house in village. People who like village life should marry someone from the village. Why to make other people sacrifice for their selfishness

Thank you for sharing about your lifestyle and how you did it! Your home and surrounding forest are amazing. It's very good that some people are working with nature, not against it. If only every single person tried to minimise harm to the environment and beings. You are right about the pursuit of money and power, being a waste of time really. Mud seems like an ideal material. I've done voluntary straw bale house building and love that kind of house which doesn't really need heating or cooling. Best wishes for continuing your positive life in your forest.
