The ghosting period was actually how I discovered Elliot's videos and how I stayed consistent with no contact. The guy then returned and apologized after 2.5 months (almost 3 months as this video says), and it took me about 2 weeks to reply back to him. We've been a couple ever since, but he was still distant and didn't change until AFTER a year. We're together for about 2 years now however my back has been hurting a lot for carrying our relationship and I have considered of breaking up multiple times already. He's changing, but very very slowly.

My ex and I were together 8 months. In short he suddenly broke up with a text. He said “i love you” for the first time then got distant over the next couple weeks then broke up with an “i love you, you deserve better, im out text”. This was a healthy relationship. We have been broken up 7 months now. We’ve had no contact. A friend just told me yesterday in October she saw him on a dating site. He wouldn’t know she was a friend because we met after our breakup and at first she didn’t know who he was but once she realized she told him she wasn’t interested in him. During the time they were talking they hit on past relationships. She said when he talked about me he said “i can admit I chickened out. It happens to the best of us. I’m moving on.” What the hell? I’m moving forward and have started dating but why? Why would a guy feel that way and still during that 7 months never try to fix things? She said that he had nothing but great things to say about his “ex” (me). “She deserves to be with a 10”. “She was wonderful. Treated me great.” But you left with no warning?

I’ve developed a healthy sense of self esteem and self confidence that I can see through their bs. After learning the male psychology I apply their logic on them and they’re surprised. One guy actually said to me that I’m “too logical” for his games because he wanted me to accept his breadcrumbs. I always call a guys bluff even if that means he ghosts or plays games. The first few days/weeks can be tough. I’m on week 2 of no contact and trust me the first few days I was aching and up to 10 days I cried each day. But each day you heal and take baby steps towards recovering. I’m now on day 13 (14 tomorrow) and he crosses my mind time to time, but I know my worth and what I deserve. If he can’t “fix” it then the answer is no when he returns. Also, if he returns don’t give him the wheel freely to your heart. Make him realize and work for that bf spot. Past memories of what was does NOT contribute to what is currently. It’s okay to let him wait for your response and do your own thing. YOU are the one negotiating whether or not YOU want him back in your life. Respectfully, take your time, do your own thing, and if/when he returns you lay your negotiables down after they start panicking from not hearing back from you. 😂 They fucked it up the first time now a second chance won’t come easy. And don’t be afraid of losing him. If it’s really “meant to be” the universe will have your back regardless. ~ 2 Weeks No Contact Lmao 😂I will one day comeback with a story to share here!

Three month maximum in five years 😑 otherwise he came back to my doorbell after a few weeks usually. I never chased. But the dynamic didn't change. Never. If he isn't into you, he came back just for the benefits.
