Using a massage gun for Plantar Fasciitis requires more than just hitting the Plantar Fascia! We need to treat the symptoms and the cause!

Fantastic information as usual! I don’t have a plantar fasciitis problem, but all those areas up and down my leg are sore, so I appreciated your encouragement to walk through my toes instead of walking with my feet pointing outward. And, I didn’t think about using the massage gun to work these areas out. I usually just let the gun vibrate on the tissue and it hasn’t been successful, so thank you for this helpful video! Linda

Hi, thank you for the great explanation of the massage gun use. How long on each foot and calf should I use the gun, how frequently and what strength level (s) should I apply? Thank you so much !

You’re welcome Dragan! All we’re looking for is to feel looser after. It could take all of 1-2 mins for some. Doing it once a day may help and the strength level is again based on how comfortable it feels for each person.

@@YourWellnessNerd thank you, I tried it for 1-2 minutes with no significant effect. Only after full 10 minutes per foot, using the soft, harmonica like attachment I could feel nice warm blood flow that helps my neuropathy and plantar fibromatosis together.
