A guy in my area sold his landscaping company to a capital investment company in Maine a few years ago. He started it in 1991 while he was in high school and grew it to a 130 employees. He sold and is staying on as the president of the company win win for him. Hard work and determination will definitely help to make someone a successful person.

In my opinion, the best way to level the playing field is to educate the public! If they understand the process & materials, then they will ask the right questions to weed out the cheaters... I have no problem telling folks that I will never be the low bidder, because I will never short change a job, & know what needs to go into it. Great series, Stan. Its so important to educate those that want to succeed, & do quality work! Thanx !

Stan any business owner that is successful usually is a very hard-working individual only way to get ahead. As for employees anymore, it's crap shoot a great employee is few and far between

water it twice a day for two weeks.

1 in of water every day for the first 2 weeks. Don't let get to long before cutting, usually after 2 weeks, can cut.

Depends on the sod new sod need constant water especially if you applied growth fertilizers to it at least in the north mulch all the clippings after a year if well established have it rolled and aerated

Google whatever sod your putting down and what region or just ask the farm lol
