I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with ADHD. Spent my whole life fighting ADHD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my husband recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

I'm so very happy for you, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

I was on Vyvance for close to 4 years. My most productive working years. The pluses: I was able to decide I am going to write this report and actually sit down and do it instead of fidgeting, getting up a million times for snacks, water, cleaning etc., I wouldn’t let myself get segwayed into stopping and shopping on the way home from work, or an appointment, so I got a lot done. When out on the weekends if I was tired I would actually want to go home and settle down instead of pushing for more “exciting” adventures just to delay going to boring home. My emotions were more even. The downs: I did not need to exercise as much to manage the restlessness and I worked more which meant more sitting down; all I wanted to eat was meat and potatoes so I went from eating mostly raw food (veggies and some meat and fish) to that. So my health started to suffer. I was in my late 50s so I began experiencing tremors, shaking sometimes and a doctor told me these meds are not good when you get older. So I stopped. The nice thing is that by then I knew what it felt like to be more focused and less driven by distraction so that I worked at maintaining that. With yoga, meditation and exercise and a good diet. So two years on medication is a good idea because it lets you know what you are aiming for, but you need to develop other coping skills during that time. And don’t let work take over your life

Thank you. I got diagnosed month ago at 47. On vyvanse, it really is helping me quit addictive habits like cannabising and binge eating. Get up at 5 and exercise. Cold showers help as well. Let’s see where this goes, but my determination is strong now.

Emotional dysregulation is very common for ADHD. While some people can improve from stimulant medications alone, others might benefit from an additional medication. I've heard from ADHD experts that guanfacine (a non-stimulant medication) can help treat ADHD, especially the mood dysregulation. Many people who have ADHD also have a comorbidity (another condition simultaneously). I've heard Dr. Russell Barkley say that about 80% of people with ADHD have at least one comorbidity, and about 50% have at least two. Some comorbidities also affect emotions; some examples include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, or other more rare disorders. (I was diagnosed with both ADHD and anxiety. When my anxiety gets bad, medication can help. When it's baseline, anxiety medication doesn't seem to help. Staying on ADHD medication has helped a lot to help keep my anxiety levels down most of the time.) What I cannot speak on is how the experience can be different with women due to the menstrual cycle. That certainly is an important factor to consider.

Im at 60mg vyvanse and 20mg attentin/day (started with 30mg vyvanse ONLY 9 years ago) And it were effective all day, now its 6-7 hours The hair thinning WILL come down tthe line. "Best" thing is to get off for 10-15 days when and if you can to keep the potency viable. The longer off meds the better effect when u start again

I was just switched to generic Adderall after two months of trying different versions of methylphenidate and it's been night and day for me already. Almost no side effects worth worrying about and smooth treatment and come downs. From what my doctor told me, the 20mg v 36mg difference is because amphetamines are basically double the concentration per dose than the methylphenidates. So you're actually taking a slightly higher dose per kilo than before (or something like that). I was at 56mg Metadate and now am starting on 20mg addy.

@@ernestalab6592 I've been on Concerta about three weeks. I get less snappy than originally and it goes away quicker. Overall its well worth it. I see one difference only but its major: I don't forget. Therefore everything is getting done...things i put off for months or years even. And when i come home i pick up from whatever i was doing. Before i was coming home and totally forgot was i was doing..and so started again. I had no continuity at all. I also don't misplace things all day, I clearly recall immediately where I put everything. Basically i have a functioning mind's eye again. I also have almost zero side-effects compared to aderral so i am very happy. Its not as effective to focus but its good enough. Aderrals made me not eat, not sleep, antisocial...concerta does none of that. My snappiness can be excitement if i'm not inside but outside hanging out.

I have never been on any medication my whole, I was so looking forward to being able to work but it wasnt to be. Medication doesn't work for me, but everyones ADHD is so different. I tried Ritalin, medikinet and yes it worked but for me the come down was too much. Medication is an individual choice and you gotta do whats best for you. I was lucky I got diagnosed privately but in the end I will have to find other ways to function day to day.

Old comment to reply on but, yes! I think what’s happening (with me anyways) is I’ve developed some tics with flexing my lower legs and ankles, stretching the muscles just because it feels good to move - especially when the vyvanse fades out. I’m trying to be more mindful when I catch myself doing it, and it helps. I’m one year in to Vyvanse 50and this has been going on maybe two months.

Thanks for making this video as it helps me prepare for what might happen. I’m on 20 MG right now, so there is room to go up if I need to. I also have a 15 mg Adderall I can use in the afternoon if I need it. But I really want to stick to one pill a day as I find it easy to forget the second dose! Been on Xaggitin XL 72mg for a year now and have made an absolute amazing difference… but because I have Audhd, the Autism portion of my disorder has really done a number on me by heightening its symptoms after correction of the adhd and now even more than ever I end up in some right states of impending meltdowns

@@stoneneils Yea it’s a funny name is Xaggitin XL… a prolonged release Methylphenidate medication that lasts 12 - 14hrs per day. Also had a brand called Concerta XL during the medication shortage which was nowhere near effective.

I appreciate your video but it’s always *wild* to me when a woman so freely admits to abusing her husband when she’s feeling too much of energy, grumpy or otherwise as though we’re supposed to laugh it off and move on.

Notes: 1. After months of using, there wont be the spike of energy like it was in the beginning. For that, you need to do some sort of workout or walking or exercise to increase your energy and motivation. @4:23 wow! 2. Sid effects: (Initial:) Heart palpitations 2. forgetting to eat 3. sleeping bad 4. insomnia 5. afternoon energy crashes 6. "emotional episodes" - wow! - during wear off I get a sudden surge of energy & i have to consume in a healthy way eg: jogging. (On not taking medicine days:) symptoms like 'Going on massive binges', 10x more thoughts & ideas than usual. About me: on adderall, n i face all above symptoms as well. Thanks for clarifying. Keep putting videos!

Antonia can I ask you how old you are and when you started to take the medication? I am 35 and after playing life on hardmode I consider finally giving and and trying medication again. Bit worried since I suffer from anxiety that it might get worse but who knows. Cheers

How do I know if I need to increase my dosage? I’m currently on the 30mg (I started 4 days ago) and the first day was absolutely unreal. I’ve always struggled to concentrate, complete tasks, remember things and do basic things, but that first day was like a switch was flipped, it was no longer a struggle to get up and do things. But all those feelings seem to have gone away. From someone who has been on it for a while, what are the things I’m supposed to be feeling every day? Should I go to 50mg? Also, starting the medication was a really hard and big decision for me but watching your videos Antonia made me realise that I shouldn’t be scared and I need to look at the medication as a tool to get better, to create that baseline. I never once considered that so really thank you so so much ❤

Look how interesting this is. You and me both find Ritalin to work better than Adderal...while the majority feel the opposite. Its like indica vs sativa.
