Im in a Texas city. Can i hire you. The Neighbor surveyed the land and turns out the survey is about a foot into land that has been in my family since 1950. Theres has always been a boundary line that they and us have ALWAYS honored and now the neighbor would like to build a fence on land that has always been considered ours and we've up kept. We have tax receipts dating back to 1974 when my mother took over the property.

I am trying to purchase a home but the original home owner didn’t have a will when the deceased and it has been passing down over 80 years and only 1 couple (the people I am trying to buy the home ) have been managing the home for 13 years now. But can not sell since they are not on the deed and the title is not clear since it’s been 80 years...

Will you get reimbursed after paying years of property tax and improvements though? If the owner takes back the property?

Yes, you can sue for that and should be able to get a Judgment for the taxes paid.
