Been a JSB fan, I seldom buy any others. A recent post on Airgun Nation... one of the posters recommended the person try JTS or AEA pellets, What AEA pellets. Found some at Utah Airguns, gave them a try. Impressed with how good they looked in the tin. Really impressed with how the 22 caliber 18.1 grain shot in my rifle. That is going to be my goto pellet in that rifle, and I'll give them a try in other guns too.

These AEA pellets work well in 22, 25, and 30 caliber as i have been using them for about a month now in my different rifles. I'm really enjoying the improved accuracy im getting out of these bad boys! Price is right too and thanks brother!😊

Def see the difference ,,also that ring around the center of AeA ? Is pulled back in there molds ,so when a pellet leaves the barrel ,the atomeshere is like a fluid or hard spot in flight..So i think the AeA has better flight character difference when the air coils over its head that creates a vacuum for turbulents, at the skirt & lets the rifle spin do its job..way accurate..love to see them in super slow-mo someday..ill get a camera ,and e-mail ya ! Well get together !

I would be surprised that JSB would make these pellets if it turned out that they achieve better results than their own world famous pellets.

They can't just stop making the JSB and come out with new better JSB's, that would ruin everything!

@@AirgunChannel One day the truth will come to light. Not yet spotted in Europe despite AEA having a depot in Spain. But then they should be sold cheaper here than the JSB, by analogy with the US. The JTS deadcenter 18.1 is already available at a lower price than JSB per 250. I think these are worth a try.

@@ShootTechSysteminc Might be possible. In the meantime, I will continue to use JSB and H&N depending on the rifle. I will certainly try out the JTS deadcenter and if the AEA pellets come to Europe and have the same price or a lower price, I will certainly try to find out what they are all about based on the results I have already seen and read. Crosman is sometimes also satisfactory, but these are also not for sale everywhere and the price difference is not worth talking about.

Just noticed. The skirt is different between the two. The neck is longer in the JSB and the AEA is shorter neck with the skirt flare starting up higher. 🤔

When I first got into airguns, not that long ago, I got a sampler pack of JSB pellets. I would say 25-30% of the pellets were unusable. Even someone new like me could tell that the pellets were screwed up, it did not give a good first impression. I ordered a tin of jumbos and weighed them just for kicks. There were more out of spec then in spec. Honestly, the premieres I got from Wallmart for $7 for 500 seem better then the JSBs. I will say that the Hades are good though. Almost like they are made by someone else. I use these quite often for hunting. For everything else I use JTS. They are cheaper and better made. I haven't tried these AEA pellets yet. I'll have to give them a go. Shame, they don't seem make hollows.

Nate, I recently bought the AEA .22 cal. & .25 cal. pellets, the difference between the .22 cal. in 18.3 gr. & the 21.9 gr. is that 21.9 gr. has thicker skirt which is nice! on the other hand the JTS .22 cal. 22.07 gr. is also nice, thicker in skirt!

QYS has taken the uk by storm knocking off JSB as far as I know there only available in 177 and 22 they are harder than JSB but do the job but some people say they get knocked about more with windier conditions maybe try a comparison between JSB and AEA with a breeze in the air

@@AirgunChannel have to say though if you select wash weight JSB there very hard to beat, I think half the reason they get so beat up is there high lead content making them soft in comparison to other brands as md will squash down any barrel and give good results, they have a good transfer of energy too

Hey bro - the pellet shop just says all the .22 cal are 5.5 mm head diameter. Any chance you might be willing to measure a few of the .22 cal sizes to see what they are specifically in inches? (I was hoping some sizes might run large like .218 or .219 for my Huben.)

Better than any ammo out there??? Hmmm, No deformity?? It's man made! Still not perfect! Sounds like more kool-aid. I have personally tested AEA 25 cal 3 different grains from the Pellet shop. Still could not top JSB or FX, Grouped ok but not consistent to JSB/FX. It's performance is on par with JTS. Nice presentation but I will still to what I know.
