Tbf, to an actual civil engineer, the idea of any project being finished under budget is a pretty radical one. Real life infrastructure tends to consistently go over budget.

RCE, do you accept me for being "an architect"? I strongly oppose modern art bs, and those other things you despise (like strange bridges). I personally love older architecture and more plain/common architecture (downtown philly stuff), and while I never got a degree in anything, I did take some classes and I'm good at interior design (as long as you want a pre 2010's interior) and basic drafting. Overall, more of engineers principles in an architects brain.
