7:40 No, Rageblade cannot copy a unique onhit effect like Neeko W passiv. What's happening here instead is that the passiv works with a stack system. Every attack gives you a stack and with three stack, the next auto is empowered. And when Rageblade triggers, you get two stacks for that one attack instead of one So while it does increase your DPS because you do proc the W passiv more often, it is not a double trigger.

By swapping ctrl 5 with ctrl 1 on neek you can bug your clone and make it go to towers or even follow enemies for a significantly longer duration. Order is like this. W + ctrl 1 + pet move click your clone will emote but you wont bcs you have ctrl5 interaction on your taunt. This way you can move your clone while the animation of emote is playing. You same amount of time on your clone as if it was backing

Before I knew Wero, I had been playing Ad Neeko since S9 and I would like to add that if you have a jungler to camp you, every game is 100% winnable. Each game takes 15-20 minutes with the towers you can break in an average of 15 seconds, which is very valuable in terms of both time and effort.

For all the offmeta enjoyers, I've played about 400 games of jungle Jinx with a unique item build. Spear of Shojin, Ionian Boots of Lucidity and then Winter's Approach (sometimes with an extra glowing mote) maxing W and then E. The idea is that if you have 100 ability haste, your W has a 2 second cooldown, which is pretty useful considering that your W also gives a 2 second 80% slow. If you hit one W, your opponent has to sidestep your W while being 80% slowed. Now if you do the maths, you might notice that Spear of Shojin, Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Winter's Approach only give 65 ability haste, but with the 8 ability haste rune, Transcendence and Legend: Haste you get an extra 33 ability haste. I've been playing CDR jungle Jinx for like 400 games (mostly normals) and while I only reached emerald 4 (in FlexQ), I have a higher winrate with jungle Jinx than with more conventional jungle champions like Poppy or Rammus.

Nah, you don't buy AS items nor you level up Q, no way your clear is anywhere good enough. I won't even go into how you're a sitting duck for pretty much 90% of champs invading you. The reason why Eve and Karthus are sometimes played who have equally bad early game is because of their late game, what you described doesn't even seem worth it, it's like an ARAM build or smth. 3 items invested, probably horrid clear, sitting duck in jungle, and all that just so you could do a job that Ashe support can do since level 1. Only thing you're gaining compared to Ashe support is bunch of damage, but if the goal is to perma slow someone, damage is irrelevant, and you'd much rather have that option since level 1. P.S. Flex doesn't count, you have people in voice chats covering your bad jungle pick, which is not possible in soloQ, and we measure viability here in soloQ. I too can pad a lot of WR if I hop onto flex and pick tank Quinn support and it's irrelevant, the fact that I made Ashe support and Quinn support work in soloQ is what matters. Flex has too many variables, do you play with friends, do some of them play for fun or winning, how higher/lower rank they are, then splice that with enemy too. 50-100 games in soloQ is only way to gage the viability of the pick.

@@MrMrtvozornik the jungle clear is pretty okay imo, you can do raptors kruggs red wolves gromp blue and finish your first clear in 3:26 (with no leash), still having a smite charge for scuttlecrab. And maxing W still gives you a good enough 2nd or 3rd clear, especially with buying ad components for your first item. About being a sitting duck in the jungle: your E can completely block a jungle path, which might not help against Kayn who can go through walls but not every jungler can do that. Ashe can do what Jinx can do with my itembuild? Well, Ashe only slows by 20 to 30% (or 40 to 60% if you crit) and also needs to be in auto attack range where a lot of champions can actually damage you back. Jinx slow is 80% and has 1500 range meaning a lot of times your opponent cannot damage you back due to being outranged. Jinx can also outdamage smite with her Ult which I don't think Ashe can do. I played like probably 95% of these games without premades although I hear some people don't take FlexQ serious so there's that.

What's the point of Fimbulwinter? Its passive doesn't proc unless you E someone, and then you're probably safe if they're rooted + slowed for 80% from 1500 range, so it's mostly a wasted item. Might as well get Muramana instead (both give the same amount of Haste too).

I have been an avid fan of ap on hit neeko in midlane. U go nashors, rageblade then ap items (dc/shadowflame/zhonya/void etc). U max q first buying boots and ap components then attack speed components once u start maxing w. With this build u have good ranged burst if u can land an e, and good consistent damage bc of the attack speed and by maxing w second - this allows u take towers incredibly fast as well (3 w procs in mid game). I love splitting as a minion so enemies cant see u push the wave, then once u crash it delete the enemy base - this is great in some low elo games where players are a bit lost. I run pta, flash tp.

Something I'm baffled wasn't mentioned: Control+right click allows you to control your clone. if you place a clone, then emote (not recall), then control+right click on yourself, the clone will do the emote AND follow you around AND have the increased duration It is not only funny (and tilting for the enemy), but also EXTREMELY broken for escapes since the clone can block skillshots coming from behind

So I’m pretty sure that the attack range change was intended. I think I remember them mentioning that when they were giving her the update and trying to make her clone better. The runaans is definitely a bug. Caitlyn’s passive used to stack like that and they changed that interaction so you didn’t get her passive in 3 autos.

I don't think it is a bug. When they changed Cait's passive to no longer work with Runaan's it was specifically called out as a change from on-hit to on-attack. At the time they intentionally left Neeko and Kennen functioning as on-hit as they didn't consider it an issue for either champ. Kennen got changed much later from his w being on-hit to on-attack. Being on-attack means that guinsoo's does not stack effects faster either. There are other champs that still function the way neeko does, but cannot take advantage of runaan's the same way. For example, Vayne w is on-hit and technically works with runaan's but in a way that is terrible for her specifically, and Yi's passive also stacks on-hit not on-attack, but is melee so cannot use ranaan's at all, but if he could it would achieve the same thing as neeko's w.

the runaans thing is probably not a bug per se, but will probably get patched out. it used to be a thing on both kennen and caitlyn but was taken out because it was too strong. i'd guess neeko just flew under the radar with it.

Getting more range when transforming into e.g. Caitlyn is not a bug. The passive states that Neeko inherits all basic attack properties of thetarget, wether that be good or bad. So you get the base range of the champion, as well as their animation. Works for minions and monsters too, though that's only useful for clearing red buff early in jungle with the high attack speed of melee minions

This is my reactions on this video as an OTP Neeko that loves theorycrafting As he is carrying with AD Neeko in chall I'm carrying in emerald with Tank and AP on-hit Neeko 2:38 I despise tattoos but if it's neeko then why not Also that's the same drawing as the one on my sweat 3:55 I go W in 95% of my games no matter the lane what do you mean it's unexpected it's just how you're supposed to play a melee matchup and clear jungle and get push early as supp Also the neeko tricks are REALLY BASIC range and AS are 1 interaction, she also steals missile speed, attack windup, hitbox stats and the type of range, and that last one you mention it in 3 other tricks, they're all the same thing 10:36 Olaf is really easy you just gotta use phase rush 11:20 PTA and Grasp are my 2 most used rune pages

The tricks are not only meant for neeko mains who know 99% of what the champ can do! There are 149 other champs and it’s very useful to get people who play those up to speed with your level of info! + ideally a few things like play style that even neeko mains wouldnt know.
