when it comes to antibiotics, we ask what antibiotics can I use? what dosage etc but irresponsible antibiotics use is affecting us negatively

I m guilty of dumping the antibiotics once I start feeling well. I recently learnt that you have to finish your dose. No matter what.

I listen to Dr Aproko so often because they make sense . Having moved from 🇳🇬 to 🇨🇦 for almost two years nowI haven’t taken any antibiotics. I used to insist on getting prescribed antibiotics anytime I felt sick. But the doctors NEVER saw the need I think having antibiotics as an over the counter medication is part of our problem .
