can you do sth. about Introversion and Extroversion? So crucial to know that there are basically these two kinds of people. My teachers and other adults tried to implement social anxiety on me even though I never felt anxious...I just didn't like it, cause I'm introvert. So many kids are misunderstood...and thus placed in the wrong box.

I would do anything to just have one appointment with Dr. Ramani. I've been diagnosed with anxiety depression and bi-polar, But i know deep down i'm misdiagnosed. I just know I have BPD cuz I just know I do. I don't have insurance, But even if I did, No doctor around here will freaking help me because of my substance abuse problems. I just want to be able to feel normal for once in my life. I'm a 42 year old male and i've been to prison 4 times so i'm not weak but i am balling my eyes right now and i don't even know why.

That whatever I experience here is subject of the human society. That my existent is rather small, but a miracle in itself. That there r many wonderful things. Then I just let myself cry and sleep it out. Nothing like a good old sleep. But music has help me as well as it sway my mood and help that wonder pill to start pumping good thoughts in. #PSYCOUNLOGY,I find I it a waste of time, because people are actually always aware of what they wish&do,needless to say. If a therapist says//sees something that Person cannot accept//understand... If the damage is already done... If You have to cope with the consequences... Every advice is sooo personal and relative... And People do not change their character/\PL P.S.that is probably why dr.Freud used a cosy, comfy couch 🛋.0;-()

Sammy, Relax--Anxiety is a chemical imbalance in the brain which can be cured. . Time to develop your mental muscles.Meditation is the best way to reprogramme your mind and be free from anxiety. Watch alternate nostril breathing meditation videos on Google search and do this simple alternate nostril breathing meditation for 10 -15 minutes at least twice a day or more. . Also read the benefits of this meditation on Google search. You can also sit on a chair and do this meditation. You will get relief quickly but do not stop the meditation. Make it a daily habit. . Best wishes .Shyaam Sir--Life coach.

I'm trying to find a good, free, "anxiety disorder" video rather than a "general anxiety" video because I have been diagnosed with panic disorder along with 4 other mental health disorders and been living (well I should say "suffering") for about 15 to around 18 years now and I used to be able to cope for a long time there with taking my antidepressants as prescribed and other anxiety medication that I'm on. But for the past 6 or 7 months I have been getting at least 4 actual panic attacks a week. My medication isn't working anymore because my body has gotten used to taking it every day and my doctor would definitely prescribe me a stronger dose if he knew how bad I was doing but I hate having to rely on taking a tablet or two every time I have a panic attack. I have been in and out of mental health hospitals for two weeks every 3 months getting a treatment called TMS which works amazingly for me but the hospital now makes us pay out of pocket (I don't have the $15,000 they want for the treatment) If your doctor jump's through hoops to convince the director of the hospital - not even the medical director, the bloody CEO, who I'm gonna just go ahead and assume that the CEO in charge of running a private hospital has had absolutely NO medical training or even understands half of what "his". . .well I was going to say his patients, but we're not his patients, we're just dollar signs who fill the beds) but the treatment is very effective and it's pretty much the only thing that works for me lately. And the ceo decides if you qualify for the treatment on medicare or not. Anyway my point was I'm on so many different medications and I'm trying to wean myself off by myself because I'm sick of living like a zombie because the medications I take are quite strong sedatives and they can sometimes knock me around a bit. Sorry I know you didn't ask for my life story and I don't usually comment at all, let alone on someone else's comment and I definitely don't go posting my diagnoses for everyone to read. But your comment caught my attention because you sound like you understand the difference between anxiety and actual anxiety disorders and I was wondering if they didn't bring the video you requested back yet, do you know of any other "anxiety" v "anxiety disorder" videos or any helpful anxiety treatment/help/anything helpful even on another site? I'm sorry to ask. But I'm always looking for as much information as possible and I can't find much except Wikipedia entries and anyone can write those. I hope you and your friend are doing ok. Thanks for reading. Fully understand if you don't reply. Just thought I'd try my luck with someone who knows the site like I do and who knows which videos are public/free or the one's you have to pay to sign up for.

I have PTSD from childhood trauma and anxiety/panic has been my most prevalent symptom ever since I can remember. I’m now 35. Its got to the point where I’m vomiting or passing out. I wish it was just ‘worrying’. The physical manifestations are the worst part for me. I started therapy with a new therapist three months ago and the plan for me is to eventually do emdr. However, my anxiety is so bad, we’re still working on making sure I feel safe first. It’s hard. It feels like I will never be free from anxiety most of the time. It has robbed me of so many opportunities and experiences. The advice about being a sounding board was spot on. That was so helpful.

My failing vision before cataract surgery triggered anxiety. With clear vision the anxiety disappeared. Three years later an eye film had built up causing anxiety again. The source of my anxiety wasn't realized until I had the film lasered off. Now with 20/20 vision the anxiety, nausea and unbalance disappeared again. Proved to me that anxiety isn't always mental. I'm glad I didn't go on the drugs my doctor wanted me to.

I have gad and depression it’s horrible. I felt like I was in this deep dark hole and I wasn’t ever able to get out. I couldn’t see it ever getting better. My journey and battle is no where near over but it’s so much better then when i started. I’m hopeful for the future and I know I can overcome this. I want others to know that even though everyone tells you it will get better and you just can’t seem to believe it, it honestly does. It will even if it takes you years it will. Don’t give up with your battle yet. Keep going try to hold onto the tiny milestones you achieve. Think about the things you can do now that you couldn’t a month ago even if it’s just “I managed to talk about it a bit”. Keep going don’t give it up you will get there you Honestly will just trust me and believe in yourself. You will get there as long as you preserve and believe and take the steps to achieve it.

Since the chronic illness deterioration of (Rapid RRMS, cataplexy, Narcolepsy and high anxiety ; which I’ve had since a very very young age ) and now physically disability, cognitive ,visual and dexterity nerve damage. A Diagnosis I was given due to the progression of MS in my mid thirties. Now aged 42. The daily struggle against depression feels like a losing battle.

I would like to hear something about how borderline and sometimes anxiety are treatable not curable. My family thinks just because I'm on meds that everything is perfectly normal. I should be cured.

I hear ya, borderline also. The drugs make it worse.... people don't get it, and not willing to be educated in most cases.

People have been required to come off many of their anxiety medications! I'm one who without them would not be alive today! I do not feel we should white wash everyone with the same brush! Sadly, all therapeutic drugs are ladened with major, long term side effects! It's horrible for any of us with major diagnoses! So far as dealing with those close to us, which you'd think are the ones who are the most caring, often they leave us filled with shame, as we are somehow malingering, and should be cured! This has caused me more suffering than I can explain!
