I do agree that Klay’s not washed - dude still shooting the lights out, but his defense is definitely nowhere near where it was pre-ACL/Achilles injuries. He was always guarding the other team’s best perimeter attackers back then, but now his agility and lateral explosiveness just ain’t it. It’s unfortunate but understandable

I agree with most of the video but I don’t agree what Hoop Reports said at the end of the video which “this has never has been anything like this in the history of the NBA.” The Spurs we’re dynasty were the same team that Steve Curr used as his role model; and they had a similar offense. And I have to say it, the Kings in this season have an almost identical offense to Golden State.

If Draymond can score 15 a night Poole drive and get to the foul line and Donte knockdown those corner threes it'll be a wrap. Every opposing team has a plan already(not saying it'll work) for Curry Klay and Poole as far as the 3 point line is considered which is why Poole should focus on midrange and drawing fouls to keep the defense honest(Poole could get finals MVP if he does this and limits turnovers) Draymond needs to knock down every shot they chose to disregard him as an offensive threat, and Donte just needs to be himself. Not factoring In Wiggins yet bcus he has yet to play but if he gets back their defense will be upgraded significantly. As long as Draymond doesn't get ejected they should only struggle(maybe against the Sun's and Bucks)

Yes he is capable of going off every night- so is every single player in the league. Poole's gotta shoot way less and drive way more. Despite your hype their offense has been pretty mid this season and we even had Steph and Klay combine to shoot them out of a game they could have won just a few days ago. Poole was terribly inconsistent for most of the season but at least offensively has been playing much better the last couple of weeks. In particular his ability to get to the line a bunch is crucial as almost no one else on the team can. The real story of this team all season has been the historic difference between their defense at home and when they go on the road. It's the reason they are barely above .500 and might still get dumped down into the play-in because all the teams around them in the standings won their season match ups against them and so have the tie breaker. It's fantastic that wiggins will be back for the post season but I won't be expecting him to have much impact straight away, he hasn't played at all in 6 weeks or more and can't be expected to just jump straight in and play 30+ mins of playoff basketball.
