Provided they all get healthy in time it looks like last year that Steph's injuries will help the team come playoff time. Steph doesn't get the miles on the legs so will be fresh and the team was forced to try new things. Now Dante, Kuminga and Poole are looking more settled and grown into their roles. As long as everyone is back healthy and with a little time to get the full team chemistry set, the disfunctional year doesn't look like it's hurt them, if anything they've gotten even better, but they've got to get there in a good enough spot with a healthy team

Defense? Can you imagine an on-court lineup of Looney, Draymond, Wiggins, Divencenzo, and Payton? Just saying. Not to mention, Kuminga and Poole are both increasing their defensive effectivness, and Klay's defense is also back, along with his offense.

I think it was a blessing that Steph and Wiggins were out tbh. Kerr was forced to play Kuminga more minutes his game developed, we've discovered hidden gems in Anthony Lamb and Ty Jarome, Donte is another GP2 heck even the rookie PBJ looked good to me. It took us longer than we would want but things are starting to click. Warriors have figured out how to be stronger even without Steph and Wiggins. Guys have developed Poole's confidence is at an all time high. Klay is making everyone look stupid for calling him washed we actually got the Klay of old. I really wanted us to add a big but hey if it isn't broken why fix it? When Steph and Wiggins return this team is going to be even scarier. NBA you have been warned last year's title run wasn't a fluke.

The recent home stretch of now 5 wins has been much needed but we've seen these mini runs before. The real test will be these last 18 games of the season 11 of which are on the road. Klay has been playing out of his mind particularly offensively which sadly has covered up some of the deficiencies which still plague the team. The last few games we've seen some vintage Warriors 3rd quarters locking down on defense and racking up easy buckets on the other end. But that has been against some less than stellar competition who haven't even been at full strength. Finally I actually expect Curry's return followed by Wiggins and eventually GP2 and rumours of Iggy suiting up as well to disrupt things a little. Wiggins was shooting well to start the season but was pretty lazy on defense and then injuries and now personal leave have mean't he hasn't had a real consistent stretch of good games all season. Let's hope there is still time. This team should be happy with the 6th seed trying to chase the top seeds would be fools gold and if they can avoid the Suns and Grizzlies for as long as possible in the playoffs then all the better.

Although, I still believe that the warriors will come back and repeat, it's not fair to say that the Warriors sliced through the celtics like pudding last year. The East was very stacked and contenious last year and by the time celtics made it to the finals they were already beat up. The West was a breeze, and everyone in the warriors were well rested by the time they faced the Celtics. There is also the factor that the warriors are experienced playoff veterans and the celtics were not.

If you sort by players that have at least 2 titles and 2 MVPs, it is pretty short (9 players) Russell, Wilt, Kareem, Magic, Larry, Michael, Duncan, LeBron and Steph. Throw in Shaq and Kobe (4 and 5 titles respectively, but each had only one MVP) and maybe Moses Malone (1 title, but 3 MVPs), and you've got a pretty good 11-12 greats to rank/debate. I like this criteria because it captures both regular season and playoff dominance. For me, this is basketball Valhalla.

Steph sitting out while the rest of his team learns to play well without him right before playoffs is a key ingredient in Kerr’s secret sauce.

I think Steph is the greatest Steph Curry of all time! Enough of these "Who's the greatest?" and "Where does he rank?". When you're talking about the top players, about the greats, it's about artistry, how they find ways to win, not 2-3 percentage points or 1-2 rings differentiating each other. When you watch Steph play do you really need to be thinking 'hmm he's no MJ', or 'he doesn't have that flash that Kobe had, I'd rank him below'.??? It's like looking at a Picasso and thinking about how you'd rank him next to Van Gogh. Who's better, Steve Jobs or Elon Musk?? It's infantile, irrelevant and sucks the life out of experiencing the artistry of current players who, no doubt are building off the inspiration of past players, and forging their own style of play. Who's the best? What's your favourite? is a silly debate we need to move past after the age of 20. The GOAT debate pads 90% of NBA commentary minutes and analysis with silly arguments. Let's end the debate and the question. The reason it's an emotional debate, is not because of the stats, it's because of the eye-test, the experience of seeing a player, the awe inspiring moments they created. So it's not about numbers in the end. It's about emotion. And there's so much new emotional content being missed because of this debate. Treat the top echelon of players as you would Artists and Innovators and start appreciating them for what they uniquely do in their time here rather than shuffling your rankings of top 10 or 20. Get back to discussing how teams and players solve the riddle that other teams and players present. Get back to discussing the beauty of the game, not the ugly of debate.

first of all, it was not nothing but net on that shot. 2nd of all, Barkley's 25 points in '93 are 30+ points with the pace of the modern NBA

I don't want to over-hype the way GSW is playing right now. I feel like this vid is only looking up, but I guess that's fair enough. IMO, GSW has some pretty harsh competition this time around, with both the Suns and Denver bearing down on them.

Kerr develops players mid season by having his best players sit “injured”… his second team gets lengthy playing time and experience together… so come playoff time, when the stars sit for rest, the bench can play like starters. Warriors Repeat.

GP2 is def the Draymond that Warriors never had until last year. Honestly, to me, he is all Warrior basketball. Possibly could be the 4th in Warriors Big 4 with Stephy Klay and Dray Steals and monster dunks? Sheesh, seems like Draymond's sidekick. If Dray were to be Steph defensively and GP2 would be Klay defensively On offense, Steph and Klay. On defense, Dray and GP2. Get what im saying? lol But yea just my 2 cents
