This video sums up my life, thanks for the honesty and sharing. I'm a psychologist/therapist, but also a fisherman and fish keeper. When I was struggling with depressions myself, the outdoor life and being in nature worked really therapeutic for me as well. Now I like to combine my hobby's with my work and I always encourage my patients to go outdoors and enjoy nature, in any shape or form. But really, having a piece of (underwater) nature in your living room is so incredibly mindfull I would advise it to everyone. Keep up the nice video's and keep on fishing and scaping :)

I found Aquascaping through my device and although I have never been one to be sucked in by my phone finding the fishkeeping and Aquascaping hobby keeps me from my phone even moreso now. I am currently working on two tanks at the moment also competed an Aquascape 2 weeks ago which now has a couple of residents and in my head I already habe ideas for future tanks and possibly purchasing a racking system as well nothing too big as would like to keep tanks at eye level and you get bonus storage places with a rack so ☺️ I have to say that fish/aquariums and keeping Jumping Spiders has helped my mental health depression, bipolar issues immensely and way more than the horrible medications i have been on for years and it did that in a short time. Although I'm still on those medications I have feelings of joy, happiness and motivation which I can say categorically that I did not get those feelings from my medication ever. I love animals and have 2 cats, I pet rat and 4 parrots and as much as I love them all they can be very demanding and high energy which I love but the calmness and focus my fish/aquariums and my jumping spiders have brought me is priceless 😊 ✌️💙

Excellent vid guys and so many things I can associate with. I believe it was when you brought out the " Building A Giant Planted Fish Tank! Step by step Aquarium setup" video that I commented on Aquarium Gardens being a cracking place for plants back in July of 2020 but I never expected you to visit and film there. As for George Farmer I think the bloke is a legend. Keep up the good work with both the fishing and aquarium. I look forward to everything you do as you provide such a varied amount of viewing and can't wait to see more of Omis glorious artwork. Tight lines lads and all the best.

For me, the most important is I think, is to create the natural habitat, or as close as posible, so when I look at this video, that's exactly what i mean. I used to have a marine aquarium, but when I look at these aquariums 😮 amazing!

About 10 years ago I done my own tank with 5 small carp The tank was only a 2ft tank and it is so relaxing just watching the small swimming around i After 2 years the fish got to big and we built a large pond in my brothers garden and put everything in the pond
