For the fuelsystem I recommend to use Kevin's tank and bump the fuel from the Kevin's tank to the bike tank. You can use sensors to cut of the bumping when bike's tank is full or something like that.

Bike fuel tank is usually smaller, and they're adding a lot more extra weight than usually on a bike. This maybe goes to grocery and back on full tank...

If you want the bike to be in the middle of the car you could run an axle with the diff on the side. For example a Suzuki SJ413 axle. For the bike fuel tank IMO it would be a lot nicer to use Kevin's tank as the main tank with an electric pump to feed the bike.

same idea, but using the bike's pump or something. ( I don't know if bikes use a pump or floating thing to close the petrol flow like some simsons from the old era).

@@bladermusics There shouldn't be a pump on the bike. It's a carburetor bike so the carburateur "sucks" the fuel out of the tank.

I hope you guys make the bike still removable and drivable from the chassis. Have a a detachable wire harness for the gauge cluster, run slide bolts through the frame or the rotors for mounting, some sort of quick disconnect exhaust. That’d be badass. Drive shaft conversion is smart, that was my biggest concern with the project. I used to build chain/sprocket karts, and even in that application the issues of sprocket alignment existed. Cool series guys, this is a really neat and unique idea.

Could always attach a plexiglass wall in between the 🏍 and the seat . Have it attach to the roll cage . Would help with the heat from the engine. The cooling idea is nice 👍🏼. Maybe some kinda air duct under the bike to just add air flow to the actual engine it’s self and have a roof vent at the back . Lovin this build

i really love that you guys did a bit of research on the driveline, my main concern was that much weight with a solid solid axel it would bounce more than 3x times on a small bump. but ya never know. im sure it'll turn out awesome when your done with it. Tip:Make sure you lock up or somehow stop the front suspension from compressing cus it can change the position of bikes drive shaft and destroy the bearings/gearbox if there is too much sideway load! Awesome video 👌🏻

so what you could do is put the passenger seat behind the driver if possible. Because the Honda is being shifted to the right, all that extra weight will be on the right, so maybe an extra body behind the driver will even things out. And quit worrying about what people say, this is great content and that is what KZbin is all about... FUN. One more thing, thanks for making the video 20 mins long instead of 8-10 mins

While I was watching video and you where talking about cooling I was thinking on having these tunnel style cool vents that start from bottom front of Kevin and passes from the bottom of chassis and pops out inside Keven to the bike. even if you wanna keep the bike you can move the pump from the motobike to kevin's tank too and with a hose move the petrol, however kevin is a lawetka lover so you can have more petrol in a canister. It will look cool because it's unique. DON'T FORGET THE SITCKERS !!. Keep up the good work and see you in the next one.

Because u dont ride the bike u can twke the springs out from the front to gain some space and make yhe bike look cooler because it will be lowered.
