I have an interesting story to tell. During the majority of 2014 I had a lot of difficulty trying to pick up women--not necessarily because of fears of rejection, but mainly because I would often hesitate, freeze up, and could never think of a quick yet effective way to try to ask them out. This came mainly from me being rusty as all hell after I went on a MGTOW hiatus (as a result of a bad situation) from the spring of 2012 until near the end of 2013. However, starting in January 2015 this all changed, as I have been going on a near endless streak of going up to supposedly single women and attempting to ask them on a date with little to no hesitation. Although I keep getting turned down, it hardly fazes me because the important thing is that I'm glad at least I did it and got it over with. It's better to try and fail than to not try at all.

dudewat212 Dead serious. In meditation we become conscious of what our subconscious is telling us. Low confidence men have been put down by their parents, women, teachers etc. These messages are haunting them and preventing them from progressing in life. When you slow the mind down you begin to hear these oppressive thoughts. Write them down! It’s the only way to get to the root causes of your low self esteem. Once you become conscious of what your subconscious mind is doing, you can begin to heal.

Mr Locario, I understand the point in this video but i think where people (such as alpha male strategies) are getting confused is your wording. I think what you're describing is COURAGE, not CONFIDENCE. You have to have courage to force yourself to do things so that you can become competent and gain confidence. You can't be confident in doing something you never done before but you have to have to COURAGE to step outside your zone and do it while not knowing how its going to turn out but enjoying the moment and learning from it. Courage comes from within.

U can't have one without the other meaning u can't have confident in yourself and don't want to work yourself. U can have confident in yourself but it doesn't mean u will always get the women u want.
