@@SheenFTW I didnt have a game to win, but i looked at AstroBot gameplay and its obviously a Mario Galaxy/Pikmin knockoff. Game dev speech kind off admitted it too. But Nintendo boycotted the TGA so its all up for grabs i guess. Paid for by Sony to cover lost Concord money.

@@philsc6028 Nowadays everything is a knockoff off another game. Its called platformer and its a genre that existed for a long time now. And inspiration from other titles isnt bad. They had so many unique ideas for their game that werent in any mario game. And honestly? Astrobot was from the beginning a playstation mascot. it used to be just a little mascot for the ps playroom, then they were allowed to create a little short game which became so successful that sony said ok you are allowed to make a full game. Which they did, what do you expect a game to look like that is basicly a Playstation mascot? NOT having any crossovers in it? From the beginning it was supposed to be a huge homage to all the playstation franchises and games that came out over the years. And the game awards cant be bought and i dont understand were you are comming from with "nintendo boycottet the game awards" how is that even supposed to work. not to mention that doug bowser himself was in the audience too. You are just creating weird takes out of thin air for not even a reason other than to hate.

@@TheKilaby Sure i agree with that, but the problem for me is that i saw this video. And as someone who played most of these games since Mario 64, i agree with the video.
