I genuinely think Avengers: Doomsday has the potential to be the biggest and most ambitious project Marvel has ever created-easily surpassing the scale and impact of Infinity War. Let’s consider everything Marvel has set up leading to this moment. In Infinity War, we witnessed a massive crossover with all the established heroes uniting to fight Thanos, a singular villain with a clear goal. The stakes were massive, but they were still confined to one universe. With Doomsday, the stakes are multiversal, meaning the survival of infinite realities is on the line. Since Endgame, the MCU has introduced countless new heroes, expanded the multiverse concept, and layered in threats like Kang the Conqueror, incursions, and the possibility of ultimate destruction. Plus, the return of the Avengers name itself after so much time builds even more hype. Imagine not just the established heroes like Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel coming together but also new faces like Shang-Chi, Moon Knight, or even the Fantastic Four. On top of that, there’s potential for variants of iconic characters-maybe a different Tony Stark or Steve Rogers-or even long-lost villains like Ultron making a return in some form. If Marvel uses the multiverse as a narrative tool to not only raise the stakes but also to bring back fan-favorite characters and deliver emotional payoffs, this movie could transcend the usual superhero blockbuster. Remember this: by the time we entered infinity war, there was no solid Avengers team. Onward to Endgame, the world was in shambles. Survivors had to divide to conquer the task of acquiring each stone. Here, we’ll need subdivision groups to fan out into different universes probably and try and salvage what’s left. But how do you present Doom’s bravado bigger than Thanos?! I’d say a stronger source of power.

Interesting and great video, to the point I was even commenting on it as well all the way. I do agree that Doomsday, and even Secret Wars, will be bigger and better on Infinity War. Not only are there some old heroes, but new ones as well helping out the OGs. Another thing, I think Clint Barton/Hawkeye might be killed off screen due to the actor's irl problem with his legs being messed up. It's unknown if he appears in Secret Wars, tho I'll be surprised if he did. As for the fight against Doom, I think Cap need not only the normal street level heroes or more famous heroes like Thor for help, but almost every big hitter that he needs. I don't know if the Eternals might show up, and even if they do (and I really do like them to help out as well), I hope it does not make the movie too crowded.

I would LOVE to see, along with lots of great heroes, lots of great VILLAINS. Bring in Juggernaut, Galactus, The Vulture, Zemo, Mysterio and Magneto. Off the top of my head, that's all I can think of. Unfortunately, the MCU has a villain problem: they keep either killing their best villains (including Thanos, Ultron, the Mandarin, the Red Skull, Obadia Stane, Ego, Ronan) or turning them good (Winter Soldier, Venom, Loki, Nebula). I assume DOOMSDAY will be the setup for SECRET WARS, just as Infinity War was the setup for ENDGAME. While there were some great villains in Secret Wars (such as Doom, Galactus and Magneto) if there was one thing I was disappointed in with Secret Wars, it was the villains.

The thing is, it already can't be bigger, cause Infinity War wasn't a big hit just because it had a lot of things, and epic things happening, and that it had a ton of characters.That was part of it, but mostly it was big cause it was built up over all those years.But Doomsday, and Secret Wars got nothing yet, only that we had some multiverse stories here and there, but none of those really went in one direction, with an overarching story.WandaVision, No Way Home, and Dr Strange 2 was kinda one main story, the Loki series was another, everything else went on their own. Here are some simple ideas how they could've fixed it: Make Wanda be manipulated by the same demon the Mandarin was under, and make those rings being Kang's invention. Make Kang stuck in the Void, instead of in the Quantum World-thingy(also, I don't get why they changed that cool purple-black shade to it being just a boring desert).Or, instead of Kang dying in the end of Ant-Man3, he gets pruned, and ends up in the void, and still takes Cassandra's place.They could've just recast Jonathan Majors. Kang could've also had something made out of adamantium, which could've linked him to the Eternals movie kinda, also the Wakandans could've taken some samples from Tiamut in the Falcon series to use for their technology, which could've been used by Bucky&Sam, and then In Black Phanter 2. The villain from Captain Marvel, and Guardians 3 could've also linked to Kang somehow, maybe through their technology as well. Thor 4...I don't know...well, maybe they could've linked Gorr, the demon from Shang Chi, and Wanda to Dr.Doom, who as far as I know has a relation to Kang. So there you go, easy, build up stories focusing on technology=Kang, stories focuing on the msytical/occult stuff=Dr.Doom. Kang does his was with the multiverse shenanigans, while Dr.Doom slowly gets power during all that, then takes Kang's place.

Infinity War was masterfully set up over a decade. Doomsday was shabbily duct taped together over 5 years. It’ll be a miracle if this movie is better than Ultron
