thank you today october 4, 2020 for the healing-in-the-womb, i resonated exactly (but i'm a middle child; still my mom was more trapped in a marriage she didn't want). i realized feeling unworthy was just a temporary fleeting thing i had to endure as a child. now i am free... and thanks to your meditation i went through this little hidden dark side of me very quickly. it was a leaf i had left unturned, and my mom spoke through you telling me it wasn't anything personal :D i'm in tears of joy so thank you.

i remember at a very young age being advised to know that there is someone out there going through worse than me.. this was a attempt to console me from the abuse i was exsperiencing from my mum... my response was "well that makes me feel sadness for that person, i really dont feel better thinking like that at all' i think that was my empathic nature....

I am just learning more about my gifts and the life of an empath. You really hit the nail on my heart (in stead of head) when you spoke about people pushing me away when it feels like I am getting somewhere. I never thought the reasoning could be that the pain they are feeling gets intensified when they are around you and then sometimes go against you. But since you have felt a calling to heal or save these people, do you let it go or do you continue on the journey to help them heal?

Regarding your question - I see my whole tribe as a reflection of myself - So, I never feel obligated or inclined to 'heal them' - As I heal myself my tribe reflect that back to me. I found this so amazing on so many levels ❤! I've known I was an empath for a few months now and this gift first appeared as a curse, but I felt it was for a reason. I thought about the problems I've had with some past relationships and the same thing has happened like 4 times, just in different ways. Especially with the most recent one the word for me is betrayal, which loyalty would be the opposite. How do I heal from this because it was excruciating pain that I don't know how to get over? The biggest ideas I'm exploring are this Landmark Forum, and reiki healing. I read reiki can help expand and fine tune my other gifts including intuition which while accurate, seems rather fickle as well. I want to heal in any way I can to enable me to move forward with my life, and looks like the gift is here to stay. I wish to learn how to apply this healing into my career so I can begin to attract the right people, because it seems like everyone I'm close to is dealing with depression. What are some pointers or resources I could use to maximize my opportunities to heal myself and others. Thank you for keeping this video here for me to find ❤!

I very much enjoyed your story about the kitten. I have one similar with a turtle. A old roommate (dark worker) had it for a pet, use to let him just run around the apartment. And he went missing. I would hear a noise while in the restroom and our closet backed up against the bathroom. We ripped everything out looking for him. There was a tall thin dresser I put in the restroom with my hygiene and my gut told me he was stuck under the and my roommates BBF put him under there because she hated me and wanted to hurt him. He said no, no. I couldn't take it one day, and was looking through her stuff cause she always still my things so whenever I had a feeling to look, I would look and go get my things. One day, it wouldn't stop when I found my stuff, or even when I found a cup of urine she left in the living room. I went and looked and found him, trapped in that tiny small space. He ran up my leg so fast. Now I have gone to prison 7 times. And jail 30. I have a past. A bad one. And out of all those times, from 2010 thru 2016 I did my time alone. I connected with the turtle and his feelings. I put myself in his shoes, in that dark place, by himself, alone. I reacted badly though. With anger, my words manifested her to disappear for 2 months and when she showed back up she had an abscess the size of a bowl on her back and was dying. I got I'm a fight with my roommate because we both knew it was me who spoke that into reality. But I very much connected with your story.

Hello Mona, Yes - Once we name the shadow and own it... then own it's opposite 'light' and own it... We allow ourselves a week to integrate these parts (After I do this, I tread gently, walk slowly and nourish myself aplenty). We know we have healed this aspect when others who reflect that past shadow no-longer trigger us. So much love to you x Lysa

Hi Chris, yes - we can perceive the pain in others... and yet it is a pain that reflects our own. When we are waking up to our empathic gift - We will first call in those who reflect our own pain. This allows us to have the chance to truly 'witness' ourselves and discover the potency of self-acknowledgment and self-compassion. I would love to encourage you to write down the truth of your own past pain - witnessing it will bring a cathartic release that will help you release judgments and hold yourself in a greater level of compassion! x Lysa

Hi Seacret Agent 45 Sam, I'm hearing your perspective. It's common for empaths to feel alone and abandoned - It's a huge stage of evolvement to develop the trust to discern who you can receive from. I haven't chosen to be a 'Healer' - I've accepted my path and have intentionally gathered like-minded loving souls with strong boundaries who can support me. Channeling healing for others while not receiving is woundedness and based on past perceptions that can keep us out of the receiving loop.

I understand I am very unconventional in what I believe and I love that about myself. It feels right for me in my heart. Supporting others to deepen into what they believe (whether I personally agree or not) is very important to me. Some of us have not had other 'people' to rely on, so being able to turn to those we feel hear our prayers or intentions is a magnificent blessing for us all.
