In this video I discuss 5 key lifestyle changes/strategies that will help the empath begin to reclaim their energy and honour their body. Empaths are well known for neglecting their physical needs, often to a point of martyrdom. An essential part of the recovery journey for all empaths is to learn that their body has legitimate needs which must be made a top priority. Without doing so, the empath will continue to perpetuate their self-sacrificing ways, breeding resentment and non-reciprocal relationships.
