Yes, politicians lie, but not whole political parties followed by many millions of people! Fortunately, there are a few people who are decent but they are few and far between. Trump the Idiot is still a big influence, and America is much poorer in so many ways for that. I could go on. Yes, some people in my country of 70 million are in a bad way. We’re out of the EU, the worst decision ever made, has made my country a lot poorer. People are going to foodbanks to beg for food, yes that’s bad. But we don’t have regular shootings that kill so many people. These happen so often that they are rarely in the news anymore. We had one very serious gun incident many years ago, and the law was changed immediately to restrict guns. We don’t have a gun lobby in the way you do, who believe everyone has a right to have a gun, no matter what! I do like Biden though, he’s slowly making things better but there’s a long way to go, especially after the damage Trump did, and still tries to do. British people are mostly decent and caring. Americans used to be like that. Time to follow our example, and catch up. It will be even better here when we have a Labour government. Good times ahead for us! 🎉🎉😊

I think she might be more Chinese from Japan because her last name is odd. 🍜 O-katsu-ka means "Big cutlet?" or "Is it the big cutlet?" So altogether with her first name Atsu-ko, it can literally means " Hot child, big cutlet?" Sounds rather spicy and delicious 😂

@Clarissa Thedyan: 🤔 The reasons I don't think she's really Japanese is because: 1) Her last name Okatsuka is very strange and, if it exists in the kanji form that she uses, then the correct pronunciation should be Okazuka. It's minor detail but if you're native, that's how you'd say/spell it. 2) All joking of "Big cutlet?" aside, her kanji for Oka-zuka literally means "Hill mound" or, basically, a tomb/memorial on a hill. Altogether her full name means "Kind child (in a) tomb on a hill" 😬. You can see why that's not a popular/lucky word combo for any family name. 3) Her Mom, grandma, and uncle are obviously Chinese. There does seem to be something complex about her background for sure, like that whole thing about how they came as visitors from Japan but never returned, becoming undocumented immigrants 🙈. I'm from Hawai'i, we have many, many Japanese here so I know that legal immigration for Japanese citizens moving to US is quick and easy. But for Chinese, Indians, Vietnamese, etc, that usually takes years. Maybe that's why they were undocumented, because they were not really Japanese citizens? Anyway, just my 2 cents. Feel free to take it with a grain of salt 😉
