@@TheKooldude75 pretty much by accident. i have dual degrees in biotechnology/chemical engineering and a minor in chemistry. actually i really hadnt started utilizing my biotech degree except in the last decade or so. anyway, some friends who are consultants in the industry reached out to me as one of their projects was needing a site leader to start up the new API manufacturing site. they knew about my process engineering experience /plant management experience in other fields and BOOM. the rest is history.

SUMMARYof the video: Biotechnology is a fascinating field that holds the potential to revolutionize various industries. From using microorganisms to produce entirely new substances in fields of Pharma, industrial and agricultural to creating sustainable products and processes, the possibilities seem endless. It's like discovering a whole new pathway to developing innovative products and tackling today's challenges. Nature has so much to offer, and with biotechnology, we are just scratching the surface of what it can do. It's a journey filled with excitement, curiosity, and hope, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this rapidly evolving technology. But there is more to that, and i recommend watching the full video. HF
