House looked dark, confusing floor plan. Like the look of the rocks, except it's a perfect hideaway for scorpions. Outside of the islands in the kitchen, the kitchen looked cramped for the size of house. Second kitchen was a waste of space. Agreed, a larger pantry is the better option. Also, would move the hot tub. It's a big square in the middle of the small backyard. Liked the casita the best.

Is there an elevator, Bro? If not I'd opt for a single level. However, this home is fantastic for the price if it had an elevator. I'd rather not have my neighbors so close, but if they drop that price and finish all the empty spaces it's an attractive property. 👍🏽

Are the rocks glued down. I notice on this home the rocks are flatter. Another video I saw of a more tract-like Blue Heron home, the rocks were rounder and in one case they had spilled out of the channel and were sitting on the steps. Not cool. In any event, I'm not a fan of all the rocks. They're not a feature I'd want in my home.

Well, most of the year is nice as well. Just three months of summer. ie: today the high is 75 degrees and sunny. Perfect for this lifestyle.

Apply belonging to The Nexus. Nice but a home in that price range that utilizes a Shower Curtain ? Instead of Doors and lighting absence in ceiling bedroom. Not in love with indoor Rocks. But, to each his own. Thanks for the tour.

Glad you liked the tour. As for your concerns, I agree. However, those are all options that can be easily added / fixed. Like the dishwasher in the kitchen. There actually IS an option to add a second dishwasher. These homes are as close to custom as it gets. So virtually any request can be honored as long as it doesn't radically change the structure of the building.

You are ENTIRELY correct. I was previously talking about porcelain and my brain went to mush... Porcelain slabs (typically used for shower surrounds but can be used for counter surfaces) tend to be 1cm. The travertine tops are 3cm. (Or 1" basically).

👎👎👎👎The BIO nonsense on the Kitchen Island is just a disaster waiting to happen. Good luck cleaning all the food spills. Also, the loose gravel bio nonsense is a liability waiting to happen, as people can't even walk on that floor. I get the idea, but boy, oh boy, people do come up with silly crap! You do a good job doing the tour, though! 👌. What sort of insecure group or person "patents" Vegas Modern anything? Concentrate on creating good and amazing products and let the market do the rest. Silly.

If you have to ask right!!! At this price point MOST buyers simply pay cash. Additionally, if you're seeking financing you're either using private banking which may be more generous of a rate, OR you're taking a jumbo loan which... Well... Likely much worse of a rate!
