I agree with you Shaunie. At this stage of my life I don't trust many. Give me one sign, I won't let you in my life.

🔥Father God give me strength, I seem to bear the weight of the world on my shoulders as a single mom, I often face challenges that can seem insurmountable especially with raising two children with special needs. I’m trying to balance everything but Lord I’m struggling to make ends meet, to pay bills, and to put food on the table for my children. HEAVENLY FATHER Thank you for giving ME strength to keep going.🙏🏾

I like this! Learn something every time! And also Shaunie, I’m the same way, I don’t let ppl in my circle easily, so I can relate. Would not mind to have some new friends but afraid to be disappointed by ppl again 🤷🏽♀️

The difference between baggage and boundaries are: baggage is something that a person does not want to deal with and boundaries are something that you can deal with when you are or can deal with when you will consider taking that relationship to the next level. (My thinking ONLY)

Boundaries facilitate growth, respect, and self love. I see nothing wrong with letting someone know from the rip, what they will or will not accept in a relationship. I want to know, so i can agree or disagree and not waste each others time. The delivery and tone of this important discussion is key. A man should say( Or woman) "Baby, cheating on you would be cheating myself out of a lifetime of happiness. You will never EVER have to worry about that..." : )

So my question is to a person who feels they need to create these boundaries how important is it to heal and grow through therapy from setting those boundaries that limit the other person from getting to a place where you allow somebody to come in without building a wall because they can’t Be who they are because because of the boundaries that are set ?
